What is this game all about ?It's a BTC price prediction contest, but longer and more chaotic, because it's a battle royale.
There will be several rounds, and some rounds will have additional rules to spice things up.
Do I have to pay anything to participate in this game?It's free.
What's the prize ?Thanks to the generosity of
Bridgoro.com, the winner will win 4 mBTC.
There will be only one winner.
When does it start ?Be ready at the beginning of February.
How long will it last ?I can't organize short contests, but this one shouldn't last a year (at least I hope not).
The duration will depend on the number of participants. The more of us there are, the longer it will be.
Who can participate ?Anyone as long as you have reached the Member rank.
You must have received 5 merits between the last 120 days and just before this post.
You must not have any legitimate negative feedback from a DT member (I will decide whether or not a feedback is legitimate).

Registration end date:
31/01/2026 11:59pm (Paris time). How does it work ?At the start of the game, you have 2 lifes.
If you are really good, you can have up to 3 lifes.
If you lose all your lifes (or even if you have 0.5 lifes left), you are eliminated from the game.
If you predicted the closest price to the deadline, you will win the equivalent of half a life that can be purchased in the cash shop.
If you predicted the price furthest from the deadline, you will lose a life.
In case of a tie, there is no tiebreaker.
How does a round work ?A round normally lasts around 5 days.
Day 0: Announcement of the thread closing date and the date by which the BTC price must be predicted. Announcement of any additional rules.
Period during which participants make their predictions.
Period during which purchases in the cash shop are possible.
Day 3: Thread closed. Participants' predictions recorded and summarized. Thread reopened.
Period during which purchases in the cash shop are not possible.
Day 5: End of the round. Announcement of the results. And a new round begins.
Depending on my availability, the length of each period may vary slightly.
I will set up countdown timers so that you have the most accurate information regarding deadlines.
How is the BTC price determined for a round ?The price that will determine the round is the one shown on the CoinGecko website, the closing price. Pay attention to your time zone. I believe that for Paris time, the closing time appears at 1 AM (Day+1). For US time, it should be 6 PM. For Asia, it should be early morning (D+1).
How does the cash shop work ?In addition to the lifes you can gain or lose, you can earn virtual money that can be used to buy bonus/malus in the cash shop (see below).
Once you have enough money to buy a bonus/malus, simply mention it in a post and the effect will be applied immediately. The money is, of course, deducted from your virtual cash balance.
How to make your prediction?Once the round is open, simply post the BTC price you think it will reach at the end of the round.
Since I can't monitor every post and every prediction, you are allowed to edit your prediction. But be careful, once the thread is locked, it will be too late.
If you miss a round, you automatically lose a life (too bad if it was your last one).
Is this game right for me ?Because of the chaotic rules, the cash shop, and the potential interaction with other players, your experience with the game may lead to frustration and vexation. If you can't handle these feelings, please don't sign up.
