When i use https://bpip.org/ to search for my name, I was surprised to find other similar user names after results came in and found it to be overwhelming and unnecessary,  probably spam if I can call it that.

But with BRDb, what you search for is what you get no unnecessary data overload and that's a thumbs up

Love what you have done with the themes,  ocean 🌊 is my favorite theme btw, and website is well optimized for both mobile and PC use, well done mate

Thanks for reminding me, I have to update the first post OP. And thanks for the feedback! The old tool is still alive but it doesn't get any data anymore, plus I got a restriction from Cloudflare. The new tool, however, is stored on my VPS, including the database.

Then I try to get the number of posts written as well as the msg_id, topic_id, board_id, and post title. I just need this data, do you have it available?

To be more precise with my scraper I look for this in the Bitcointalk HTML page

I didn't get all the uids, it was almost a million users, I don't have enough space currently for all of them, To do this I'll have to purchase volume for the VPS. Now the count should be correct at least for the posts.

That whole section is still a work in progress. I'll gradually fix it, but thanks for the feedback.

Lol I'll fix it as soon as possible, I hadn't even noticed! Sometimes it happens to me with posts too, thinking I'm writing in English but actually writing in my own language.

As for the question about merit, the tool does a simple calculation sum(Merit received) - sum(Merit sent) gives the net result but honestly it is not very useful and I will remove it

I see there latest version is 0.21.1 from August 8, and that looks like a big version difference.

I’ve noticed something on the BRDb site: the posts I’ve written don’t match the ones I see on my Bitcointalk profile! Where do you get the data from? The tool says I’ve written more posts than I can see on my profile

Good morning everyone.
I've made some additions and fixes to the tool.

The most important ones! I've now added two more tabs to each profile page: modlog and security.

You can now see if a user is online on the profile page, and just to be clear, I don't get any IP addresses. The information comes directly from the forum. And more precisely from Who Is online



In the modlog tab you will see any posts deleted by mods or possibly sigbans




In the Security tab, however, other things such as password reset or user wake-ups if they have been absent for a long time




I also updated the userscript to show if a user is currently banned on signature campaigns.




I was unable to get all banned users on signature campaigns because they are no longer present in the log archive. Unfortunately, there are only the latest activities taken from the mods. I'll see if I can recover them later.

As we discussed privately, I am happy you do not scrape for sensitive metadata like IP or any other non-public identifier.
PUtting public information togethere is acceptable, as long as you do not hurt any user privacy.

OK that is fine, and I see no problem with that.
I first though that GreasyFork website is not updating your usercript anymore.

You can now see if a user is online on the profile page, and just to be clear, I don't get any IP addresses. The information comes directly from the forum. And more precisely from Who Is online

This is very good for people who care about privacy or if they are paranoid.
I was not concerned with this because we are not entering any sensitive information, and it's easy for anyone to use Tor browser to hide real IP.
