I don't think there's any new thing casinos can add that does not include a smooth amd fast transaction process. I don't know if some casino intentionally delays the withdrawal so that the gamble will be tempted to continue gambling.
And also, a casino should also provide 24/7 active customer service, some don't provide a 24hr customer service, so they should improve so that if anyone will ever encounter any situation they will be able to  respond to them immediately to get the issues resolved.

I don't think they intentionally delayed the withdrawal for gamblers to spend it back at the casino, but you might be right, it could be a strategy for them that delays withdrawal, I don't know but if I use a casino that delays my withdrawal, I am not going to use it again because prevention is better than cure, I don't know what might be the situation tomorrow and they might not even release my winning until they like. That's one most annoying thing that any gambler would experience in a casino, I know how it feels when I experienced it myself.
One of the biggest turn off for me, casino that deliberately delay withdrawals or having tough requirement for withdrawals, without stating it clearly in their term's and conditions is a bad way of practice and such a casino should be avoided as much as possible since it going to get you into unnecessary troubles in the end. Withdrawals and deposits should be one of the most expressed service on the casino asides active supports.

This which you are asking for is already available on several casinos including stake, deposits and withdrawals are instant in stake, but you have to also understand that some times, blockchain network delays in transaction confirmation can affect the time the casinos confirms your deposit, you don't expect a casino to credit a deposit that is still pending blockchain confirmation right? Yeah..

And talk about KYC, if you are a new user registering on stake, you will be required to pass kyc verification immediately after you register before you will be allowed to initiate any deposits to the account, if you do not pass kyc after registration, you won't be able to deposit, and if you already have an account which is not kyced before the implementation of kyc upon registration rule, you can always decide to apply for kyc verification yourself without waiting for the casinos to ask it first, simply go to your account setting area and find the option for account verification there.

This rarely happens and if there are casinos that keeps on doing it, they'll lose their reputation and the players are going to find a better casino that won't reason one or declare that they have voided their winnings due to system error. Cases like this are handled with care by the casino but for the players that have experienced it, it's disappointing when they have played for so long and then an error will occur. I do understand the rage of those players and they have no solution to that but in mercy of that casino. I think this is what many needs, to have a lessen case like this example.

I think this happens mainly on newly created casino platform who is still struggling with stability, those are the platform that behaves this way, that's why it's always advisable to stick to reputable and renowed platform who had gained ground.

I don't think stake or Rollbit or Duelbit will behave this way, they are more than this trick.

Since people gamble online because its easily accessible, I hope withdrawals as well will be no hassle just like how fast they accept our withdrawals.  I don't have issues with KYC since that thing will be the norm already, but I don't like how some online casinos create some difficulties especially if you won quite significant amount, looks like they're unwilling to pay what you have won.

I still hope for a site without KYC because it's a pretty worth it option for me anyway although at the moment it seems like it's going to be difficult given the situation which is common knowledge as casino policies definitely go through KYC now but I still hope for it. Nowadays there are still some casinos like this but not as many as before because they also have regulations that are a little difficult because it relates to the country that has a policy on gambling in the end.

On the one hand, easy withdrawals and deposits can also be another good consideration especially in the matter of withdrawals because there are some casinos that I have played that I feel a little difficult in matters of withdrawals, if indeed the brand dares to claim withdrawals and deposits are easier and instant then it can be a thing that is also worth it to try.

It’s annoying when casino start requesting for KYC when you want to make withdrawal. If any casino will request for KYC, they should do that during registration and not during withdrawal. Some casino will wait till you win big and you want to withdraw your money before they request for KYC and they going to end up frustrating you.

I always like a casino to have an active customer support Incase if anything happens, they going to solve my problem without stressing me. Also deposit and withdrawal should be so fast.

Having an exchange inside the casinos is a good option so we can converts one coin to another. Not many casinos have this feature so if more casinos can add or have this feature, that is really help members.

Easy KYC and not takes too long to get verified is another thing that gamblers wants. We don't wants to wait for too long for verifications.

Providing 24/7 supports system is what gamblers wants so they don't have to waiting for too long to gets the answer or solves the problems.

Having an exchange inside the casinos is a good option so we can converts one coin to another. Not many casinos have this feature so if more casinos can add or have this feature, that is really help members.

Easy KYC and not takes too long to get verified is another thing that gamblers wants. We don't wants to wait for too long for verifications.

I don't think there's any new thing casinos can add that does not include a smooth amd fast transaction process. I don't know if some casino intentionally delays the withdrawal so that the gamble will be tempted to continue gambling.
And also, a casino should also provide 24/7 active customer service, some don't provide a 24hr customer service, so they should improve so that if anyone will ever encounter any situation they will be able to  respond to them immediately to get the issues resolved.

I don't think they intentionally delayed the withdrawal for gamblers to spend it back at the casino, but you might be right, it could be a strategy for them that delays withdrawal, I don't know but if I use a casino that delays my withdrawal, I am not going to use it again because prevention is better than cure, I don't know what might be the situation tomorrow and they might not even release my winning until they like. I concur that, high rate and fast online withdrawals are among the essential features of a decent online casino. Any site that postpones the withdrawal, or puts up any ambiguous terms upon the event of a win is soon discredited. This is also the type of improvement that i'd prefer because it's a hassle to go through additional KYC checks despite submitting the minimum requirements at the start. But the reality is that it's unlikely to happen when casinos would rather do whatever it takes to protect and secure their profits.

After the KYC requirements, the next thing that I feel needs improvement is the way some casinos handle their bonuses. I've seen others try too hard to innovate or create their own thing when it's not as good as the bonuses from the top casinos.

Casino should be trustworthy and have a good reputation,so that customers should not see them as criminals mainly when customers have a big win, some casino will declared that there is no valid win due to system error after when the customer has seen it that he has won the game because they don't want to pay the customer.
Once gamblers discover that a casino have those good records over some years, it gives gamblers confidence to remain in that casino to gamble because they have experience positive things from the casino that will make them to prefer the casino than any other casino, since you are using funds to gamble in a casino show that you are doing it for income, which you need to make your winning higher than your losses, I know there are some gamblers who don't stay long in one casino so long because the moment they discovered that the casino teams has reduced their trust in that casino it will no longer giving them confidence to be using funds to gamble than to start trying other casino to know if they are trustworthy than their current casino.
