I met some new friends because of my change of study institution. At that time I saw them expressing a lot of excitement about the game of two unpopular football teams. I was wondering why they were so excited about this match. Later I asked one of them, are you a fan of this team? He replied that he is not a fan of this team. After that I asked why you are so excited about this team. Then he replied that if this team wins, he will get a lot of profit because he has bet on this team. That was when I first learned about sports betting and I placed my first bet with them on the next match. From there my gambling started. Which is still going on.

I didn't know how mine started, I used to have mates then in school that used to gamble in hostel and that's how the rest became a history. If you stay in hostel, during the weekends when you go for evening or night tutorials and readings, you see guys talk about games that are been played, some talked about games they bet and that's how it started, I don't know what really motivated me, I just bet on games my head directed me and I became a fan.

Back then even though I love football, I do have a club I supported that time but I'm never a fan of gambling for them and even till date, some of my favorites clubs I don't used them to gamble because I'm very poor at it. Probably it's because of emotions and all that I can't say but I gamble at my convenience and the games I'm interest in. I had a similar situation when I was constantly hanging out with a group of guys who were big football fans, but I wasn't that interested in the sport. We went to a bar to celebrate the final or the championship, and it turned out that most of the guys in the group had already placed bets on the match, all on the same team. We drank and had fun, and that team won. The next morning, I realized it had been a really fun way for my friends to make money, and I registered with one of the online bookmakers for the first time to place a bet.
