This is kinda confusing or a hassle, like how you can guarantee you will get the insurance in case of hacking/bankruptcy, like what if that gambling platform will be gone after the incident, as they will turn to scam?

Well, for me, I just want to be simple - Simple onboarding experience. like after I sign up, I deposit funds, and play. No more other requirements like undergoing with KYC or filling up a very long form especially involved with my personal information.

Always add something for the "already gambling" people. That is the worst missing piece that I always blame the casinos for and they do not care. They have amazing welcome bonuses and deposit bonuses and what not, but if I already gamble, why not do something for me too?

There are few places (which I will not name so it doesn't look like I am shilling) where they do give membership, like VIP etc etc, and for that reason you get monthly rewards and such, those are the best places for me, still I am ready to explore the new casinos which are going to innovate exciting features. I guess, with the help of AI implementations, casinos are preparing for another leap which may be beyond our expectations like that may be in user experiences or new games or new features but I am sure something big is going to hit, I am very much confident.

I have also seen some online gambling sites who offers the application of VIP rank from another online casino. It's a good feature, and I think they should be doing more of this. If an online casino badly wants new customers, then it's probably best to make promotions for old school gamblers. Many of them don't like starting as a newbie, and they will have to wager lots of money again before they reach a certain VIP rank. It's exhausting.
So, offering them that "pass" will help them receive the same bonuses as those who are in VIP ranks.

It would be nice if casinos would send IRL congratulation (at least a card) or do something special for user on platform when gambler has a birthday. I think this little act of attention really show that casino care not only about users money. Not everyone must receive that, but only those who are open to pass verification.

I wish to have a "year in review" gif or small video. I think that isnt hard to do, as casino collect different statistics. Maybe this feature is already added, but in casinos I gamble it hasnt. Gaming industry has such feature. They show game genre user played most or least, longest or shortest game sessions, rarest achievement, average time spend and etc.

If we look at some of the things that make people not gamble or hate casino's, we have KYC, high wagering requirements for any bonus taken and other technical stuff they hit players with etc.. why not turn this into an opportunity...

Scrap out KYC entirely  or at least have to do it after a certain withdraw threshold has been crossed or when withdrawing above "X" amount. The wagerings are also crazy, why not lower them, already gambling isn't easy and we all know they have a business to run but comeon like players too have a moment to celebrate about 

Additional feature: if you aren't profitable gambler these guys should be sending back say 15% of your lost deposits in a year and give you a timeout/lockout upon getting this deal to help you reflect on this journey ..

So far most of the ideas of promotions are currently existing today specially into those top tier casinos that offering those common bonuses and perks when it comes to their users or gamblers. Speaking about competition then it is really that indeed high on which considering that gambling market is that huge and having that big revenue on which getting customers/players is the main priority and making them stay as long as possible. Some are that too generous when it comes to bonuses and promotions but of course we do know that those are just that simply traps and gamblers will be always the loser in the end of the line. Regarding on the question on what are the feature to be added then i cant think off one because just like been said that most of them are being offered. If there's something unique that pops out then for sure it would be getting that attention.

What matter most on here as gamblers is that they are giving out that outmost offering for us to have at least that kind of expanding up your bankroll at least but of course terms and conditions are always that against us.

If casinos really wanted to stand out, then I’d love a ^{“smart bankroll guardian”} that gently slows or locks you out when emotions not math start driving your bets. It wouldn’t kill the fun, just protect players from themselves in those heavy moments casinos quietly profit from. A house that helps you lose less stupidly might finally earn real trust, not just loyalty points. Maybe this one OP but I doubt it will be added.

Many casinos have this features on their games but their is no way we can prove it to be 100% Return To Players.
I have seen so many casinos games that even have up to 135% RTP which is good and that kind of games can really be profitable not immediately but in a long term. I don't know the casino you like using to gamble whether Stake or BC Game but with in the two of them, you can always find games that can be profitable for you if you have the patience and time to to gamble slowly without using too much stake. At least it is better for you to play safe for now.

You are right, we can't prove that the games have 100% RTP because the casino or the game providers are not trustworthy.
The last time I played a slot game with 100% RTP, I lost everything. How long do I need to continue playing before the 100% RTP feature will work for me?

You are absolutely right that's the things that motivate gamblers to go extra mile. Honestly, I have never seen something that draw gamblers attention reach bonus, they are always ready to do everything possible to join the casino and most of them don't care know if the bonus would have negative effect in the future they just want to register and enjoy the games regardless of the amount of the bonus.
