And it says my kyc rejected and not allowed resubmission.
Live support not answering my questions and not helping me.
My money got stuck.

Before they stopped answering, what did they say? Would you mind posting screenshots of your conversation with their support and perhaps include screenshots showing that the kyc was rejected?

Anyway, I'll try and pm their representative here in the forum, I noticed that they log in more frequently lately so they might see my pm and address this thread.

I hope their support team member will appear in this thread once they see the private message which might be sent by acroman08. I don't see much hope since they are no longer cooperate with most of the mediator including the person who represented this community for a long time. You can try your luck by sending a private message on their Twitter (X) account and see if you get some responses. This method worked for a player before, but there is a no guarantee that it would work for you. But there are no harm in trying every possible methods.

To have been offline since on the 17th you made this post and haven't even provided the re-upload of your proof to talkimg as requested gives only one vibe, and that vibe is that maybe your issue have been resolved and you didn't find it necessary to update us here that your issue as been finally resolved, wrong way to do things.

Or maybe you never really had any issue with this casino at all but only here to spam, I doubt but highly possible as we have seen more than enough of things like this.
It is common sense that someone who has an issue with a casino that has their money locked will not rest on until the find a solution to the problem..

So, I hope you come around here and let us know if your issue was later resolved so that this thread can be locked, as there is absolutely no sense in leaving a thread where issue have been resolved open.
