Status Update
I hear you, and you're right to be frustrated. Let me be straight.
There is ONE chain. Same genesis hash: 0xd3b7...7676. If your nodes show different block heights, they're at different points in the sync — not on different forks. Check your genesis hash, it's the same on all of them.
What happened: The decimal migration didn't activate as intended. We pushed fixes (v2.3.2, then v2.3.3). The archive/explorer had to resync from block 0, which is why it was down.
Current status: - Main chain running normally at block ~454,000 - Archive node resyncing, currently at ~380,000 — back online within 1-2 hours - Your funds are safe — same chain, same wallet, same seed phrase
If your nodes show different heights: they're syncing at different speeds. Once they catch up to ~454,000, they'll all agree. This is normal.
What to do: - On v2.3.0: keep mining, you're on the main chain - On v2.3.3: let it sync, it will catch up
Big picture: We're building this live, in the open, with no company and no foundation behind it. That means you see every fix, every mistake, every recovery — in real time. This upgrade is laying the groundwork for Phase 2. There will be more work ahead and we'll always do it the same way: transparently and honestly.
Your coins are safe. They always were.
