⚠️ UPDATE: v2.3.3 replaces v2.3.2

Quick patch — the migration now targets block 450,000 instead of 440,000 for a clean activation.

If you already did the clean install from the post above, just do it again — same steps, same commands. The script auto-downloads v2.3.3.

Code:
pkill -9 lumenyx-node
rm -rf ~/.lumenyx ~/.local/share/lumenyx-node ~/lumenyx-setup.sh
curl -sL "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/lumenyx-chain/lumenyx/main/lumenyx-setup.sh" -o lumenyx-setup.sh && chmod +x lumenyx-setup.sh && ./lumenyx-setup.sh

Verify: lumenyx-node 2.3.3

🔐 CHECKSUM (SHA256)
Code:
8795a1bba9f228172278db0b0483fe9fa34e46595bcdfde87366415518a79a36  lumenyx-node

Release: https://github.com/lumenyx-chain/lumenyx/releases/tag/v2.3.3

Sorry for the double update — catching edge cases in real time. Fork at block 450,000.

Explorer is resyncing after the update. Blockchain is running fine, 34+ peers connected. Your node keeps mining normally. Back up in a few hours. Make sure you're on v2.3.3.

Ran the command to remove everything, and updated to 2.3.3 and the chain is now resyncing, but it keeps syncing on the forked chain. It's showing fully synced but the block count is only few thousands

📢 IMPORTANT — HOLD YOUR UPDATE

Quick status update for everyone.

✅ If you already updated to v2.3.3:
You're good. Keep mining. Nothing to do.

🛑 If you're still on v2.3.0 or older:
Perfect — stay where you are for now. Don't update yet. Just keep mining normally.

Here's what's happening:
The archive/bootnode is resyncing with the new version, and it needs nodes with the full chain history to pull blocks from. That's you. Your node is a block source for the rest of the network. If everyone wipes and restarts at the same time, we lose those sources and the sync slows to a crawl.

💰 Your coins are 100% safe.
Same chain. Same genesis. Same wallet. Same seed phrase. Nothing changes for you. When the time comes to update, it's a simple clean install with your same seed phrase — takes 5 minutes.

⏰ When to update?
We'll post the green light here when the archive is fully synced and it's safe for everyone to update. Expect that within the next 8-12 hours.

Until then: do nothing. Keep mining. You're helping the network.

That's expected behavior right now — not a forked chain. You're on the correct chain (same genesis hash).

Your node is resyncing from block 0 and currently only sees peers that are also resyncing. As the archive node catches up and more peers come online, your node will discover the full chain (currently at block 444,000+) and sync to the tip.

Just let it run. The block count will keep climbing. Within a few hours your node will be fully synced with the main chain.

You're not on a fork — you're just early to the resync.

Yes, the archive/explorer node is resyncing from block 0. Currently at ~75,000 out of ~445,000 blocks. It syncs at about 15-16 blocks per second, so expect it to be fully caught up within 6-8 hours.

Your node and mining are not affected — everything keeps running normally.

Status Update

I hear you, and you're right to be frustrated. Let me be straight.

There is ONE chain. Same genesis hash: 0xd3b7...7676. If your nodes show different block heights, they're at different points in the sync — not on different forks. Check your genesis hash, it's the same on all of them.

What happened: The decimal migration didn't activate as intended. We pushed fixes (v2.3.2, then v2.3.3). The archive/explorer had to resync from block 0, which is why it was down.

Current status:
- Main chain running normally at block ~454,000
- Archive node resyncing, currently at ~380,000 — back online within 1-2 hours
- Your funds are safe — same chain, same wallet, same seed phrase

If your nodes show different heights: they're syncing at different speeds. Once they catch up to ~454,000, they'll all agree. This is normal.

What to do:
- On v2.3.0: keep mining, you're on the main chain
- On v2.3.3: let it sync, it will catch up

Big picture: We're building this live, in the open, with no company and no foundation behind it. That means you see every fix, every mistake, every recovery — in real time. This upgrade is laying the groundwork for Phase 2. There will be more work ahead and we'll always do it the same way: transparently and honestly.

Your coins are safe. They always were.
