Here in our country, there are a lot of graduates every year but the job opportunities are only few, that's why I can't blame why some of them will look for job opportunities abroad.

However, I also notice that most of the graduates get choosy with the kind of job they want to have. If they really want to have a job, its not necessary that they will stick with their finished degree. They can always work on another job that will offer sustainable income, and once they have saved a good amount and have established their finances, then they can start looking for their ideal jobs.

Sometimes, being practical is a crucial thing so you won't be living jobless for years.

I noticed a lot of graduates finding it hard to find a job even after some time of graduation. They now have degrees but they can't seem to penetrate the workforce. It is not just about what you finished. A bachelor's degree is simply a title to show that you have some adequate knowledge and to some extent training in that particular field but what most graduates lack is experience. Students who were able to get part-time jobs even while studying have a more well rounded CV. Even if the part-time job is not exactly aligned with what you studied, you can still highlight the skills that you can use for the job you are applying for.

An impressive and a well rounded resume will get you a job.
All students start without work experience, but there are always employers willing to hire them. A first job will almost always be useful for gaining experience and learning to work in a team. From there everything depends on you, you must prove yourself, become someone who takes initiative and becomes a valuable contributor. After that, you'll either grow your career or find another job in a similar position where you'll be better valued.

An impressive and a well rounded resume will get you a job.

Having an impressive resume is needed nowadays, but to have one many students and fresh graduates often need to take on many tasks, such as volunteering while still studying. One of the reasons graduates find it difficult to get a job is because they want high salaries even though their work experience is still very few. This makes companies think twice before taking them to their company. Wanting a high salary is not wrong because considering that graduates have invested a lot in their education. However, given the current economic situation companies are also struggling to survive. As a result, many graduates end up working for low salary, which causes them to leave their jobs early and end up being unemployed again.

This depends on your skillset and how you can market yourself.

It is no easy, I know. The initial grind is the toughest. Better to talk to seniors in your line of work and try to find out how they managed, heck even someone of them might be in a position to offer and apprenticeship.

Another way is to look at the government job offerings that come on different online sites in many countries. These are local and often need to verified physically.

Just by dropping your CV will not always work, you often have to twist your personal connections and put in a good word through someone to get a job.
More than your achievements being enumerated in your resume, that won't make sense until you start creating connections to the people who's already inside the company you wish to apply. They can really make a big difference, especially if you can establish a good relationship towards the bosses in the company legally, then you will definitely have your own slot in time.

Also, if you are serious with getting a job, don't aim high immediately and focus on high profiled jobs. Start with those low paying jobs and make use of your skills smartly until promotion offers on you. It pays to be humble and down to earth, than being ambitious when you have not enough achievements to take pride of.

An impressive and a well rounded resume will get you a job.

An impressive and well-organized resume alone will not get you a job. A bachelor's degree can help you a little in getting a job, but you have to prove that you are a qualified candidate for that job. It is normal for those who have a bachelor's degree not to have any real experience. But an institutional certificate helps people to adapt to higher classes very easily.

Skills can be the identity of a person, but an educated person can be skilled very easily. They can adapt themselves to any environment. So I think both our skills and education are equally important to get a job.

In getting a job, first of all you need a good certificate, this helps you get the attention of the employers, and then the next thing they’ll most likely be interested in is the number of years or experience in tha field. Regardless of how good your papers are, not everyone would wanna hire a complete field newbie to who has no practical experience or knowledge in what they’re meant to do.

An impressive and a well rounded resume will get you a job.
A portfolio is also a good one, show what jobs and projects you've worked in the past and the employers will hurry to hire you after looking an impressive portfolio. They know who they are looking for and that's why if they have seen in you the impressive skills that they need and excellent past jobs that you did, they'll be the first ones to contact you and ask you to get on board with them. No long process needed especially if they're urgent and really need to fill that position as soon as possible. It happened to me and that's why create your portfolio's online.

It is not just about what you finished. A bachelor's degree is simply a title to show that you have some adequate knowledge and to some extent training in that particular field but what most graduates lack is experience. Students who were able to get part-time jobs even while studying have a more well rounded CV. An impressive and a well rounded resume will get you a job.

They're numerous graduates outside that they are searching for jobs while they are not able to secure any, this has become normal in some parts of countries today. Connections is what they do consider this days not CV many organizations don't even go through CV today rather than recommendation letter, in a well paid organization your grade will never speak for you, what some of them do ask is to asked who candidates are you or where's your recommendation letter as if it's has become part of CV or even stronger than CV itself. While some do used what they have to get job either buy it but never the grade, honestly this is the problem we faced in my country, people that their grade do earn them a job are not up to 35% these days.

Of course, it should, but like you mentioned, most graduate don't have a Job probably because they don't have the experience. The thing is, this current society is now a bit choked up with too many unemployment, making the whole job thing a bit difficult. Unlike years before now, experience might not actually be a major consideration in some establishment, but fast forward to this era, it is very needed in almost every company/businesses looking to hire workers(even if it's a cleaning job).

And the crazy part is that some companies can go a bit far, by asking for requirements that probably only 1 in a 1000 can meet up with. Just imagine someone asking for a graduate with 2-3 years experience, and not more than 25 years of age... How often do we even see that?. Well, my only advise is that Students or fresh graduates who are aiming to get a Job, should also try as much to make further plans to either learn a skill or do something else that would make them relevant. It is always easier said than done, but you and I know that things are very tough even for those that has the qualification and a good CV.

Yes it’s true to have a good or well rounded CV with experience to get a job because you stand a better chance than someone without experience.
But honestly there are still some persons with good Cv and experiences but still do not have a job, so at times it’s complicated and most people just tend to give up at the end.

Maybe it is better we come to the reality that with the number of graduates, there are no enough jobs to go round for us all. We do not need to start waiting and keep depending on the government to provide jobs for us, when we can make the effort to create jobs for ourselves by starting up our own businesses, or learning an important skill. Job opportunity should be free and fair for all but in a corrupt system it will be difficult to get equal opportunity with others when it comes to getting very good jobs. This is why a certain category of people keep getting jobs while others regardless of their certificate in school will be jobless because of corruption, certain high income jobs are now being kept for particular people or families regardless of their qualifications.

Well, that's one of them. But one thing that can always attract more attention and make us needed for work, rather than us needing work, is that we have to be unique or not be average. We have to be able to stand out from ordinary people. We can do this by having good skills that others rarely possess. Even in the marketing system, there are people who use ordinary skills and others who use skills that ordinary people would never think of, but their methods are more effective with a higher success rate. Even by offering a unique idea, we can get a job without too much difficulty. Or being multitalented is also good. And never get hung up on degrees and diplomas.

People who already have work experience elsewhere should also be able to create their own jobs. In this case, they should be able to create their own business rather than relying on others for work based on a good resume and experience. Because not all places will require such things, especially if it's intended to get a job, it will obviously be very difficult if no place is willing to accept new employees under any conditions. So, just create your own job using your existing experience and keep your resume neatly in your own safe.

In my country to get a government job is man know man. If you know someone in the government office,  the person can recommend your name to be included in the shortlisted candidates or names for the job then another way people are getting job is through paying money to the officers in the office. The officers in charge of the employment would asked the applicants some amount of money to them so they would include their names in the list. And where you name has not been listed, there would be a problem. And that ha caused problem in the country. Going to school is good but don't think of working in government offices but if it comes, you can accept it. And if there is none, you use your knowledge to get legit work.
Your point reflects a serious problem that affects many developing commuties. In a society where jobs depends on personal contacts instead of merit then obviously its destroy fairness and public trust on government. So system promote uneducated persons instead of deserving individuals and its demoralizes young individuals and also weakens the government strength on institutions. When people paying money to secure a job then its create problems for departments and also harms the country. No doubt education is essential and important but relying on this currept system is just a waste of time. So young individuals should focus on getting skills and take some risk in their own business and if any individual successful to gain a government job on fair merit it can be accepted with pride.

So with this explanation of yours now, you can get a job? Getting a job now is mostly by connection or by merit. So you might still do all that and yet not get a job. It is clear and understandable that certificate is not a guarantee to get a job after graduation and also learning a skill does not Also guarantee you getting that particular Job. As we graduate and learn skill, we should be able to make connections with friends and relatives across, sometimes your inability to express yourself to your friends about your job or skill may got you stagnated. Just try to learn a regular skill that can fetch you money after graduation and start advertising yourself on social media and also to friends. not learning a skill that is not random which makes it almost thesame as your school certificate result. And not hiding your skill will do you more good to get a job. Because many people are not aware of what you do, that's why you haven't gotten a job after so many years of graduation.

Many people possess the skills but lack the necessary work simply because they're hindered by a piece of paper that's a requirement. There are also those who possess the paper but lack the skills, thus finding themselves without a job.

Education is worth pursuing, but this must also be accompanied by knowledge and skills in your chosen field. A piece of paper is merely a requirement, but when you take exams and undergo training, it's all about your knowledge and skills. Become an expert in your field, becoming someone in demand so you won't have difficulty finding a job.

However, once you're a graduate, your mindset should no longer be about where you'll work, but about how you can create those jobs.

Yes you are right, however I will like you to put it very well because getting a job after graduation is very easy what is hard to get is a good well paying job, we have a lot of jobs that are paying very small amount of money but those jobs that are paying good about of money are very difficult to see or get and they are very few.
To escape being jobless after graduation is to have a skill and be creative try to always solve a world or society problem, in our society or in the world we have a lot of issues that needs solutions and when you fine the solution people will pay you for your services, this is what a wise man told me and when I started applying this I started making money. Fine a problem and solve it and see your life turn around for good.

You're right about that, the issue is not about getting a job. Of course there are alot of job opportunities out there but the problem is they don't pay a decent amount, the amount they're paying workers out there is not worth the stress they are going through and as a graduate you don't really need to be working your ass up in a job that can't even pay well it is only those without degrees that coope in those kind of job. However a graduate is supposed to be offered a well pay and decent Job not just anyhow job because it is not easy to get to that position, and surely since it is becoming hard for graduates to be employed in government house or any of this big companies it high time they start learning a skill I believe this will make the job hunting easier for them because they now have the certificate and also the experience.

It is important to have a good CV and experience when you are still an undergraduate, but even with that, you can still find it difficult to get a job. What I will suggest is look for a good recruitment agency and let them help you find the kind of job you want. The problem with this is that most of the agencies are bullshit, but if you're able to find a good one that actually cares about your growth, and if you pay their fee, they can help you look for a job.
In the past many of these job agencies were actually helpful for undergraduates in lamdinon good jobs without having to spend much time staying without a job after graduation which was an experience I had at the time.
The agency of now are typically out of what I know base on the complains I read about them from graduates who had to source them as helpful means to easily get a job to grow with in the pursuit of their career life. The agencies now don't only collect fees for registration but also ensure they continue receiving some contractual 20-30 percentage from the monthly salary of each of the graduate they assist to land in a job. And the terrible thing is that it's as long as the individual is still in that job. A subtle form of modern slavery these agencies are applying on graduates in search of jobs. Though not all of them do it this way but most.

Nowadays degrees are sometimes just an appendage behind our names and although not all of them are like that, for some things that are not more urgent, such as for the medical profession, it is actually very easy to get a degree nowadays, even if we don't do research or study at the university (provided that we have money).

So it is not a little when nowadays the academic degree that is the benchmark is a little difficult because apart from jobs that are currently very difficult even in almost every country, university graduates are increasing every year which makes competition more complex because it is too large in terms of reach.
So in this case we certainly have to be able to show more excellence because the company or workplace is certainly looking for the best and when the competition is high, it definitely makes us also have to be more able to strengthen ourselves in terms of ability.
Although there are many easiest ways for now such as having a relationship or a person who has a high position that backs up which can be a solution, but still our skills and capacity also need to be upgraded not only capitalizing on a piece of certificate owned.

For some countries where there government have made adequate provisions of job opportunities for job seekers its understandable that experience serves as the key to employment but for some countries that there government never made any provision for, been grinded in experience is not an automatic access to those jobs. For example Nigeria is a country where job opportunities is supposed to be available for all job seekers but reverse is the case because there is know adequate provision for the citizens.  In Nigeria now there are few job opportunities but they are not given out on merit be it over experienced or not but to there relations that have know idea about the job with believe they will learn while working in the field. So if you find yourself in such environment will you still see experience as the key to employment
