I am writing this to publicly warn users about my experience with 1XBIT, after exhausting every possible internal support channel.

I am sharing this so others can make an informed decision.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend not using 1XBIT if you value access to your funds and reliable support.

Background

1XBIT customer for over 4 years

Account registered

Account contained funds

Lost access due to a password reset issue

Password reset emails are not delivered to my Hotmail inbox

What support did

Live chat instructed me to contact support from a Gmail address

I followed their instructions

Support then changed their position several times:

Gmail accepted → then rejected

Claimed the Gmail was linked to another account

This contradicted their own live chat and platform rules

I offered full ownership verification, including:

TXIDs

wallet addresses

deposit history

screenshots of previous emails from 1XBIT

Outcome

No verification was requested

No recovery option was offered

Emails stopped being answered entirely

Account remains inaccessible

Funds remain unavailable

Conclusion

This is not a technical issue — it is lack of assistance and silence when funds are involved.

I am posting this so others can decide before depositing.
Based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding 1XBIT.

I am still open to resolving this if 1XBIT decides to finally engage constructively.

Sorry this happened to you. 1xbit is a well-known scam site here in the forum, there is even a pinned thread about them here in the scam accusation board. If you are interested, you can read it here [WARNING] Beware of 1xBit casino, investors from Telegram, and Youtube scams!

All I can do here is to suggest trying posting on casino.guru, they might be able to get in contact with someone from the 1xbit team and hopefully mediate your issue with the casino.

I have never played on this site, from the reviews I saw on Trustpilot, this site does have a lot of problems. There I also saw that the site was scamming one of the verified streamers on Kick named TTBlue_TV. Thanks for sharing this bros @Articuno9*, more or less, you've helped the community understand which platforms are good & which are not. Many of my bros use 1xbet, which has a similar name to 1xbit, could the two be related?

Yes, it seems like Groundhog Day. Every now and the we have some newbie signing up to tell us that 1xBit is a scam casino, as if we didn't already know.

At least we haven't had any 1xBit signature campaigns for a while now. I remember they were around for quite some time.

We have tried hard to keep crypto gamblers away from this scam site, but they are still finding victims and continuing their old scam activities. 1xbit is one of the most notorious scam sites. 1xbit and 1xbet are indeed the same site. Avoid both or you could be sorry if you hit something big.

You're not the only one; the whole community is against 1Xbit and considers it to be a scam. We have a pinned thread about 1Xbit for everyone to see. They've got that warning because we have seen an avalanche of complaints against 1Xbit that could erode people's confidence in playing at online casinos.

And I don't think 1Xbit is open to resolving your issue, you're just another player they're happy to scam and not a special case to resolve your complaint, so better not hope of getting this resolved and just give warnings to your friends not to play on 1Xbit.

Groundhog day strikes it pretty well, haha. One thing surprises me though, that OP played so long on 1XBIT (4 years), obviously without any issues since he now has an issue and not before. I mean they are notorious for scamming their players, guess some people still get some money, or OP was just depositing and never withdrawing, that's also a possibility.

I thought these days every player on the site is getting scammed, but maybe it's just selective.

Yeah, and I doubt they'll ever come back here again. Whatever account they make here will probably get bombarded with negative tags. If I remember correctly, the last time they came back, they tried to "fix" their reputation, and forum members gave them some grace since they actually tried, but ultimately they failed since complaints are still coming and their casino's shady actions still continued.

But as we know, they didn't solve anything; they continued scamming as they have been doing for a long time. The bad thing is that they invest a lot in advertising out there. I don't know about now, but when it was already a well-known scam site here, I used to see 1xBit ads on various websites.

😁 Lol, so sorry for your experience and don't think my laughing is because I don't care, it's just that I find your post a bit funny because just as I believe someone else here must have said it, 1xbit is a well known scam casino that was very active here on this forum. They ran ads and promotions here on this forum for several years before they decided to quit and leave this forum because their reputation here was utterly destroyed by several negative tags, even forum members who engaged their ads and join in running the ads here on this forum were also negative tagged for supporting scam, and at a point, they had no choice but to leave.

You said you've been a user of this casino for over four years, maybe a research and reputation check on forums like this one would have saved you from losing the money is lost, 1xbit are never going to reply you constructively and allow you access into your account again, that money is gone ans sooner you accept this and move on, the better I think.

I'm sure that for all those four years, you were fully aware that 1Xbit was already scamming people; they were everywhere, scamming people, showing no mercy, even to their most loyal players or those who had been playing for a very long time. They just don't care.
Your experience is a big warning to all existing users that it's a matter of time before your turn comes to be their next victim; they are merciless, and they intentionally scam people even if you do not break any of their TOS

No, don't ask that, they will scam you the second time, just move on, it's good that you post your bad experience here, it's now among the hundreds or thousands that we have.
