• Balance at time of block: ~900 USDT
• Deposit method: USDT

I have been an active and honest player. I made multiple deposits, participated in loot boxes, and previously had no issues using the platform. The problem occurred only when I attempted to withdraw my funds. Immediately after initiating the withdrawal, my account was blocked.

I did not receive:

• Any explanation for the block
• Any verification or compliance request
• Any warning or prior notice

All of my support tickets were closed without resolving the issue, which makes it impossible for me to understand what is required from my side.

I am fully willing to cooperate. I can provide proof of deposits, wallet transaction records, and identity documents if needed. However, I cannot do this without clear instructions from your team.

I am requesting one of the following resolutions:

• Restore access to my account so I can withdraw my funds, or
• Process a withdrawal of my full remaining balance of approximately 900 USDT

I am contacting you in good faith and would prefer to resolve this matter privately and calmly. I believe this situation can be cleared up quickly once communication is restored.

It's my opinion you have likely lost your money for good and won't get it back because of where this casino is licensed, Anjouan. They have shitty dispute resolution there and the licenses have very little dispute resolution (that's a big factor for these casinos to get licensed there) but its worth the shot, you never know.

Always a tricky situation when something like this happens and you have 0 explanation or help. Guess @icopress can maybe have a look since he has good connections to the whale people. I have my doubts they are "scamming" for something as small as 900$. They make several contests every month in here that accumulate to much more money than this.

There were many deposit transactions, not just one. I deposited, withdrew, and deposited, and there was always money in the balance. I'll try to find the last deposits . Thank you very much for your responsiveness.

Since @icopress have stepped in to help, you are rest assured that if you actually played honestly like you said and no discrepancies is found in you account like illegal dealing or activities that  goes against or breaks the casino's terms of use, then you possibly will have your account access not just restored but you will also be able to withdraw your money in one peace..

I personally have had account, played on whale.io alot of times, had a few withdrawal opportunities and never encountered any issue, they don't seem like a scam casino to me though one can never be too sure or certain, but again, I wish you the best of luck in gaining access back to your account and also being able to withdraw your money..
They must have mistakenly blocked your account due to them being overwhelmed as a result of the number of persons withdrawing at the said time you said you got blocked.
