Sorry for the delay in updating it, my withdrawal process took a little time but it didn't take long, I immediately contacted them via telegram and the response was quite fast. Betmoco immediately approved my withdrawal, it seems to be done manually and there is no problem at all if they maintain their active response to their users

This reminds me of when I claimed my lossback from them. I sent a PM on telegram as well and they responded quickly + credited my lossback.

BTW, I did another small withdrawal today, and got it in like 30 mins. This was manual so it wasn't like my first one that took only a few mins. Still, 30 mins is doable for me.

I do wonder if the limit for instant withdrawal is based on the amount or the number of withdrawal a player did in a day? cause I've only withdrawn small amounts.

The biggest plus point here is that Betmoco has started running promotions. I believe that through this promotion the platform will gain something positive. Since the ANN post, both the good sides and the bad sides of this project are being discussed openly. From these discussions, they are noticing the issues they have, since they have a technical team, they are paying attention to these matters and working to fix the problems so they can improve the platform. For now, the issue of not receiving a verification code during account creation is not a serious problem. However, they are seeing our comments and hope they will take the necessary steps going forward.

I just checked their T&C and it looks like they don't actually have an "instant withdrawal" system at all. Everything is processed manually no matter the amount or how many times you withdraw. So your first withdrawal that went through quickly and 30 minute one both were manually reviewed. The time difference is probably just because their team was less busy earlier, or maybe your first one was simpler to verify.
That message about "reached the limit" is a bit misleading then. It's not really about hitting a limit, they just review everything manually for security. Would be nice if they explained this more clearly upfront though.
