Sorry for the delay in updating it, my withdrawal process took a little time but it didn't take long, I immediately contacted them via telegram and the response was quite fast. Betmoco immediately approved my withdrawal, it seems to be done manually and there is no problem at all if they maintain their active response to their users
This reminds me of when I claimed my lossback from them. I sent a PM on telegram as well and they responded quickly + credited my lossback.
BTW, I did another small withdrawal today, and got it in like 30 mins. This was manual so it wasn't like my first one that took only a few mins. Still, 30 mins is doable for me. I do wonder if the limit for instant withdrawal is based on the amount or the number of withdrawal a player did in a day? cause I've only withdrawn small amounts.

I just checked their T&C and it looks like they don't actually have an "instant withdrawal" system at all. Everything is processed manually no matter the amount or how many times you withdraw. So your first withdrawal that went through quickly and 30 minute one both were manually reviewed. The time difference is probably just because their team was less busy earlier, or maybe your first one was simpler to verify. That message about "reached the limit" is a bit misleading then. It's not really about hitting a limit, they just review everything manually for security. Would be nice if they explained this more clearly upfront though.

Where do you see this status, the withdrawal page or the browser? I don't think "confirmed" means the funds have been sent; most casinos should say "completed." If you're withdrawing to another wallet, just check how many confirmations it takes for your balance to update.

My withdrawal hasn't been processed yet and is waiting to be checked for abuse. This is a rather strange situation for me because I've been playing with this company since they started here on the forum, and I've been playing sports betting since the beginning. I've only had one account, and the funds in my account aren't generated from refund but from real funds, I took bonuses deposit several times that were offered to me by support but I always lost them.

This is a new company, not proven by time, but it looks good to me, I'm just waiting to see what they'll do next.
