Writing more and clearer terms for your program will protect your business from abuse and prevent unnecessary accusations against your company that if not proactively prepared will possibly affect your business reputation. Spending money into marketing is to shill the brand, make it more attractive, and surely not to buy any trouble.
This is a good point, and I tend to agree with this.
I'm quite new to this casino, and now I'm trying to explore the terms, but I didn't find anything about the promotion that could possibly be misused and turn into abuse. Upon claiming the promotion, there should be a note about the terms. (
which I haven't tried yet).
IMO, clearer terms are the best way to protect both parties, the casino and the customers, to avoid confusion about the promotion.
I think this term should be added to ToS. All in all, the games are quite interesting to me.
