The reason we do this manually is simple: it helps us prevent abuse, bonus exploitation, and system manipulation. This allows us to protect fair players and ensure long-term sustainability.

Manual does not mean slow or selective.
If your play is legitimate, withdrawals are processed without issues.

KYC & VPN Usage

In our Terms of Service, you may see standard clauses stating that VPNs are not allowed and that KYC can be requested at any time.

We want to be very clear about how this works in practice:

✅ VPN usage is allowed

✅ We do not ask for KYC

❌ As long as there is no abuse of the system

With KYC this is helpful as much as you do not promote the casino to be no-KYC. It will help users to know you're privacy friendly and they will not in normal circumstances have to submit their documents. With VPN it's more of a gray area. Users would want to go with the safer option which is what is stated in the terms.

I really appreciate that, but unfortunately it seems like you didn’t carefully read the topics on the scam accusation board. Because if you had, then you should have realized that most cases are not about withdrawal delays, KYC or any of the issues you have mentioned.

So there's totally no KYC free thing here since if you hit certain conditions written you might be asked to do KYC in future. Still good that they clarify that their casino is VPN friendly since there's lots of people use it and will not ask question if their casino allowed to use it or not.

Won't it be easier to just adjust your TOS to agree with this statement rather than saying something different from what is in your TOS? If tomorrow you discover some activities from some gamblers in your platform which you are not comfortable with, would you not request for KYC base on your statement above which is contrary to your TOS? It is easy to say no KYC when there is no winning yet, the problem usually start when there is winning.

Yes, as mentioned, it's just a no-mandatory kyc policy which should not be confused with totally free kyc/no-kyc. They have mentioned "as long as there is no abuse" which means there can be special cases.

But still, no-mandatory kyc is still pretty good considering the current regulation scene in the industry. It allows folks to test out the platform without committing their personal information as a good number of peeps out there are cautious about newer casinos.

I have to say that most gamblers do not like manual processing regardless of how long it takes (even if it takes 30 minutes).
A recommendation to Betmoco, if you want to be able to compete in this market, you really need to process deposits and withdrawals automatically/instantly. Gamblers usually expect instant transactions (deposits/withdrawals) and manual processing is usually seen as a drawback even if takes only few minutes.

Nothing wrong with manual withdraw. It will help you monitor transactions carefully and fight abuse and manipulation. But you need to explain how you will handle many withdraw requests without delay for any of them? You can handle withdrawals manually at start, but expect Betmodo to receive more traffic than expected and suddenly find yourself handling many requests similtuaniously.

Nothing special in this since you can force KYC procedures at anytime you claim suspicions. I don't see that allowing VPN use is a privilege if you can force KYC later. This will confuse you to verify each account.

I share the same thoughts, honestly. If I were to choose, I much prefer instant withdrawals. It's really convenient and less anxiety inducing. All the casinos I've played recently are instant as well. It's the standard.

If they can pin down the manual process to only a few minutes though, that would be good. However, I would still leave room for some circumstances where we may wait longer than usual—for instance, peak hours, etc. It's manual after all.

But if there is a juicy promo and the team has built a good repu here, I could put up with it lol.

So, to be perfectly clear, VPN is allowed as long as it is not being used to bypass georestrictions, and KYC won't be asked unless the account/gambler triggered a flag?
