Can you explain about this? What do you mean by "full access to Betmoco's products", at least which products are available and which are not available for players who have no verified account? So I did a follow up to the support team and that's where I learn that they do manual withdrawal. So it took like 20-30 minutes before processed. And only if there will be a way to know that you are doing a manual review then the better for your customer.

Well usually if they make the withdrawal manual it depends on the availability of those person in charge to process those withdrawal.

There's chance that pending withdrawal may occur and long delays might gonna happen. Those situations will be the main concern of people and many don't like that manual withdrawal processes.

If they can make it instant there's provably lots of gamblers would love to try their casino. Although as they said they do that to combat frauds, but maybe they should find other ways to do it and just give a instant smooth withdrawal process to their gamblers.

B. I want to check this myself by the website is on Spanish language by default and chat is not available when I click the button dedicated for it.
You can change this, toggle to language and select the language of your choice. The chat loads up give it few sec. The team are working on making things very smooth..

Appreciate the reply. Can you make the change language visible upfront like the top or bottom part to make it easy to access since the default language is kinda a barrier immediately on browsing the casino.

Also the chat support when I click chat button redirect me to different tab that is not working this makes me unable to verify chat support activeness.

However, my simple question here is, how really fast do your team handle withdrawal process compared to other casinos that uses manual  withdrawal which we know often takes much time even when they claim to have a fast handling...

The ETA time isn't fixed, but processed within 30mins-1hr. be rest assured that they have a very active response team and would process every withdraw request after it's reviewed.
Alright. 30mins-1hour seems fair enough for a manual withdrawal process although it's just the review time taken that might extend the time beyond what's given here, because am not sure the if the time spent for review on withdrawal requests is included in the 1hr max ETA withdrawal timeframe. I may be incorrect any way.

I haven't registered with the platform yet. I would wait and perhaps by other users experience I might be compel to do so since they have sports betting.

And another thing I will add to your explanation is the support team responding to complains. The matter how good you are as a casino, there must be complains and how active are you to respond to those complains. There are two places you must be active to answer questions and complains. Here in this thread and your support team in the website. Either live chat or email. When you communication is very active, then you won't have issues with players but when you are not active to responding to questions and complains, there will be the beginning of everything.
