Considering the fact that this is business,is only for crypto as you can see but I just finished chatting with one of the agents with serious discussion about deposit I found out that deposit is only on cryptocurrency,Bitcoin and other Altcoins that was listed, I asked about founding in naira the agent assured me of fixing it within a month interval,I think it will be more interesting if all the currency deposits is also allowed,then if you like to deposit via Bitcoin or any other Altcoins,you are free , because I believe they will make more profits if other currency is included.

I don't think the casino will make all currencies available in their platform. Anyone who told you that just wanted to make you feel good. The best they can do is to add other major altcoins like ETH, BNB, SOL, as alternative means of deposit in addition to the BTC and USDT they already have in their platform, and make the Usdt deposit available in other networks. Adding fiats of different countries as means of deposit i don't see it happening. They are not an exchange that's expected to have various fiat deposits options.

You are correct,but concerning this case I raised betmoco has addressed it very well if you can check you will also see it ,I like the way he address it and I'm very cleared on that so no two ways about it.

Casino usually have transcripts of your previous chat for recording purposes of support interaction with customers. Even if they don’t give previous chat history support still noted your previous concern because they can saw previous records.

Some casino send transcripts via email as record for the live chat while others have the history intact on the live chat.

I still don’t play here but I might try this due to the bonus offer.

Personally, I really appreciate one specific market your sportsbook has that I rarely find elsewhere the option to bet on 2nd half markets before kickoff. Since I can't always be online during live matches, being able to place 2nd half bets pre-match instead of waiting for kickoff or halftime is incredibly valuable to me. If that’s the case, then where do they actually get their lines? I mean, aren’t there odds providers that supply lines to different sportsbooks? If what you’re saying is that they also create their own odds, is that even realistic? And if they do, how do they keep those lines consistent with other providers so they don’t get abused by arbitrage bettors?

Our setup uses professional odds feeds combined with our own risk management and market configuration. Lines are monitored continuously and adjusted to stay in line with the wider markets.
Regarding the 2nd half pre-match markets:

Many casino prefer to deal with cryptocurrency because they feel that is the best to there customers to makes things easier. Any casino that support Bitcoin transactions they are doing well and bringing more value to the Bitcoin, because most people are used too using Bitcoin for investment so anyone that is interested in playing casino can easily deposit. I was told by their live chat agent (Betton) that they will make significant upgrades on their sportsbook and will include many inplay matches (especially in basketball) soon.
It's a big downgrade when on their previous sportsbook there would be 50+ events on inplay basketball now (very similar offer to other global sportsbooks like b365) and now that I have the tab open , only 14 matches are available , on a Sunday evening...
To me thats a downgrade and I will wait to see if they improve this before trying the site again by depositing.

As far as the limits are concerned ,I believe they are okay.
I was able to bet enough on the bets that I lose (around 200-300ish usd 2 bets on the previous site and 1 on the new one).
I haven't tested withdraw yet but thats my opinion on the current site so far.

You misunderstood me. I was asking about the 10% daily, weekly and monthly cashback offers along with the accumulator(refund) offer running currently on your site and not the 100% lossback offer with 3x wagering requirement.

Sites usually state the minimum odds etc in their T&C related to their offers, but I couldn't find any of that information on your site.

I liked the extensive sports betting options on the site, which is why I decided to try it out with a small amount of money.
