Is there anyone here that did not know he is
a) a thief, stealing ponzi coins, escrowed coins and community coins?
b) a pervert that joked about sex with children for over a decade?
c) a drunk who thinks his alcoholic level contributes to the bitcoin price and blow jobs we wouldn't believe?

If you did not know this, research it so you know for the future.  If you did know this, help Oggy understand.

You are asserting for members to be “Beaware of OgNasty collectables” your assertion is not very relevant here unless you can provide evidence supporting his collectibles are in anyway compromised or have been swiped. Therefore the burden of proof rests upon you, not Ognasty. I'm sorry, but that facts seem to suggest Ognasty coins / collectibles remain to be sound despite everything else.

10 years of false accusations!  i posted the url in my post.   Oggy claims I ruined his auction.   This is a minor accusation, but it jumps borders and some of you should step out of this bubble and view other accusations from him over the years.  If he is going to include the collectibles community in his lies, let me defend myself here.

I'm sorry, but that facts seem to suggest Ognasty coins / collectibles remain to be sound despite everything else.

Did he tell you disposing of assets while in a civil lawsuit may get you investigated?   Not sound advice.

I understand that you want to take Og’s credit away for reasons you claim, but none of them have to do with his coins or collectibles being compromised or swiped. Your civil suit should be resolved in the courts. OgNasty has had a longstanding business for years selling these types of items. I am not sure how continuing his business and selling items as part of a business is equivalent to disposing of assets. Although I am not a lawyer, I just have a hard time believing your claims will win you $10 million from OgNasty. Inciting members here to be aware as if his collectibles are compromised, will be swiped, or rug pulled without any evidence of such may be considered defamation.

He is also the creator of the shameful push-up thread in the speculation section, which is full of merit hunters, people writing, reporting that they do push-ups and which the forum administration decided to tolerate as it seems that somehow it is related to bitcoin speculation because some drunkards believe that doing push-ups can influence the price to go up. I wouldn't be surprised if he was also drunk when he created it.

Well written and merited by Oggy himself.   I guess he forgot he accused me of destroying his auction - he already deleted it.   No one bidding on his garbage cared about what I think.   And he claimed losing a few dollars was worse than losing a part of the brain.   As Bugs Bunny would say.... What a buffon!

Most forum members have experience limited to small claims court.   This is big boy court - both Oggy and I signed something similar to "Other than the records listed in Schedules 1, 2, and 3, I do not have and never had any other relevant and material records under my control." He is limited to raising issues in his defence and will need to sue me if he cannot remember what he did.

Aren't plaintiffs and defendants usually advised not to engage with each other when a pending court case is ongoing? Seems odd that you keep provoking OG with the case pending especially in a harassment case?

I am not on either side, but it would seem like this wouldn't be the route to take. Just take a break til the outcome of the case IMO.

Oggy thinks I'm digging a hole.  But he has no memory of the things he has done and keeps accusing me with more libel.   My civil lawsuit cannot be affected by anything that is written now, but it is relevant in a potential criminal case. 

Oggy, would you be willing to contribute half of a $100,000 fee to have a professional biographer record our entire history?  It would be great for me, and I believe it would help you avoid future liability as well.
