Do you miss the old casinos?

Not a big win but I think I miss about the feature that we can invest into its bankroll and that's with bustadice. A known dice site before that's probably will be remembered by the gamblers here that have come up with that.

I have got plans to be part of its bankroll as an investor when the price of Bitcoin was quite low at that time.

But I wasn't able to do that so, if it's about the wins that I am missing that's not the reason. More of the potential profit that I can be with them as an investor.

Before crypto I never played casino games actually, so there is not much to miss. Even when I started gambling with crypto I was only sticking with sports. Now I play some games here and there but still there is nothing about casino games that's exciting for me tbh. What I do like is physical casinos, offline. Much less games, communicating with dealers and other players and so on.These days sitting in front of your computer, all by yourself clicking like a robot, that's kind of sad, isn't it?

You can try participating in poker tournaments that are managed by BetFury and user AB de Royse777 manage also BetFury poker tournaments on Sunday in his telegram group (there is also this topic, but I havent checked if these tournaments are still active) At PokerRoom tournaments were long, because there were many participants. Tournaments I have posted usually dont have many participants, so you wont have to play till morning

I like the smell of casinos, like in the old days. Maybe they smoked a lot, but some places even ban it these days, so as not to scare off wealthier, more potential customers. There are many, and I can only recall a few. Betnomi was a profitable platform for me. Sportsbet was always memorable for its promotions, they just stopped promoting here. And the most recent one to finally close was Freebitcoin.

I miss some of the old casinos which were at work in the forum, more so because discussions seemed more real then. Conversations were real, actual feedback, promotions were done to reward the loyal players as opposed to regular shill posts. Casinos such as Betnomi and Sportsbet have created good societies and most gamblers had confidence in them as the clubs existed and as they responded. It would take time, however, the cut-throat competition, increased regulation and in a few cases poor management, would gradually relegate them to the background. When a casino is no longer able to provide interaction with the users or is no longer trusted, the players are very inclined to cancel it and installing such a reputation is extremely hard in the modern market where there is a great concentration of market players.

I remember the old physical casinos. Those were the days.

You could go inside any casino in las vegas and start gambling. You did not need to first "charge" your account and then go play on a digital screen the very same way you would anyway if you were home in front of your computer/phone/whatever device. Slots were fun. Just put in some loose change and go to town.

Nowadays it is all sterile. I am surprised they still allow alcohol in a casino (this is probably going to change).

As for modern online casinos, I really like them. In particular, I consider sports betting a huge advantage of new online casinos over older ones. I love sports betting and prefer it to simpler games. Progress never stands still. And the new, in my opinion, is always better than the old (despite the nostalgia).
