That's what we're asking here, and so far, my research points to nothing. Perhaps due to how small this sport is for now, you could only bet on this when you're at the event itself.
I've seen Stake sponsoring and even allowing bets on Armored MMA; if this sport grows, this sportsbook might take notice, and soon enough, we would be able to place bets on it.
In my opinion sports that could be deadly should not be promoted too much.
Gambling platforms should abstain from sponsoring events like this or the powerslap because of how bad of a track record these have. If something can't be done safely better keep it limited or not promote it at all
The lances that are used in these events are nothing like what the actual real Knights used in medieval times. Nowadays, since it's just a sport, the lances are designed to break, greatly reducing danger to the Knights.
Plus, the entire game is built on being an honorable fighter, so those who fight in these matches mostly don't have the goal to actually harm their opponent. Watch this

In my honest opinion, MMA (like in UFC), with very little protection to the head, seems far more dangerous than this one.
