This isn't a scam accusation yet, but it could turn into a scam accusation in the future. Those who often visit the scam accusation board may notice allegations against BC Game, almost all allegations about fiat withdrawal or deposit issues. So this thread is about their deposit and withdrawal issues through the fiat payments gateway. As far as I know to implement fiat payments gateway gambling platform have to assign local fiat agents, at least in my country that's how gambling fiat payments works. Recently you may have noticed in the scam accusation how users are facing fiat withdrawal or deposit issues. Still, I will not call it a scam attempt since I know how the fiat payments work. But unless the BC Game support system cooperates with victims, I am afraid very soon they will turn into a scam gambling platform. In such a situation, @holydarkness was a hope for them. I had been wondering about creating this thread for a few days but thought, 'Let @holydarkness resolve it since he has some direct connection there.' Recently noticed the BC Game isn't helping @holydarkness anymore, and all the fiat issues are left pending. It's funny, even victims are blaming @holydarkness for not helping, even though he had been helping voluntarily. From my end I have been trying to solve some issues and wrote through DM to BC Games. But unfortunately never heard back from them and haven't noticed any response from their end on the thread. Apologies if I missed their replies and solution; at least recently I can't see. I really don't need to make all the list regarding fiat issues, you just visit the scam accusation and will notice that I am right. Why this thread? I raised this concern to make BC Game aware. They should create a fiat issues thread where all the fiat withdrawal and deposit issues will be identified and solved. If they don't want to create one, then one of us or I could create another thread where only fiat issues will be posted. So it will be easy to solve all the fiat issues. Otherwise BC Game would lose their reputation here. Note: I understand gambling platforms helping forum users through various campaigns or promotion and we definitely respect them if they run their platform smoothly. But really, we can't underestimate it; there are obvious issues where users have to suffer. The forum supports them in various ways as well for their marketing and to drive new gamblers. They have to help forum users as well. When running a gambling platform, there would be some issues; it doesn't matter really. But leave them as they are; without solving or responding, there wouldn't be a wise decision. Community input on this matter will be appreciated.

FIAT issue on this site seems to have been going on for a while, I remember someone on Facebook saying that he could make deposits but when he tried to withdraw, the status was always rejected. It happened over & over again until he resigned himself to the balance, he ended up playing without any winning intention. The person in the story is from Indonesia. I believe it's true that BC doesn't directly handle FIAT deposits & withdrawals, they use agents. Therefore, they should really maintain their quality.

What have learnt from what is going on is that India banned gambling which made legitimate merchants, that add as third party for deposits and withdrawals, to stop processing these thereby leaving room for scammers to infiltrate the process. So those missing deposits/withdrawals were not actually delayed by BC.Game neither are the funds in their custody but my guess is that these questionable merchants are the problem. The issue have become delicate because it is hard for BC.Game to pay money they never receive. This is what I understood from the whole thing.
Fiat deposit and withdrawal is available for other countries including mine, Nigeria, and such deposits are credited instantly without delays. Hence, I find it strange when people say they are having problems with the fiat deposit of BC.Game or even contemplate the idea that BC.Game scammed them.

then they should stop offering INR deposits/withdrawals, and all those problems would go away, easy as that. but they don't, because they want to stay in the indian market, but they also don't want to fix the problems that comes with that. The issue have become delicate because it is hard for BC.Game to pay money they never receive. This is what I understood from the whole thing.
if a player sends money to a third party merchant that bc.game works with, and the merchant scams bc.game, they need to compensate the player, it's their responsibility.

If they have addressed the issue and are trying to rectify it, that would have been a sign of professionalism. Having said that, I doubt BC Game would have taken the unilateral step to tell their customers they were working to address the issue.

If they have addressed the issue and are trying to rectify it, that would have been a sign of professionalism. Having said that, I doubt BC Game would have taken the unilateral step to tell their customers they were working to address the issue.
That's the reason I have created this thread. I admit if a gambling platform run, then there would be many issues. But the platform should be friendly enough to resolve them and cooperate with the user. Victims come on the forum when they don't get enough support from the platform's support system. They come here with a hope, but it's quite disappointing when the casino don't even bother to respond to the allegations. Some of the allegations would be false, but not all of the allegations are false there. It's the gambling platform's responsibility to prove victims wrong. I have sent this thread link to BC Game as well; I'm not sure if they bother to respond here and cooperate to resolve such issues. It will be disappointing if they don't step up to solve these issues. Either on the platform or on the forum, they should focus on solving the issues; otherwise, they should pause the Indian rupee payment system.

I have been vocal against the BC game for years, even before the transaction issues with the fiat currency arose. I was vocal against them because of their shitty support system. They take months to reply to an email, and their support agents do not reply to customers once they find out that the customer is having a problem. Their support just provides information that is already available on the website.
Since I heard that they have already suspended cooperation with holydarkness, I know they do not have good intention. They will just let their merchants scam the players, and they will scam the players directly as well.

I honestly don't think they are interested in solving anything. We have been seeing issues for months now with no change and now we see they ceased communicating with the only person who has even lifted a finger tot ry to help keep them clean of accusations.

Probably then they have to leave. I am not sure how long the Bitcointalk community will tolerate their shady behaviour. But most probably not so long; at least I am not going to underestimate at all. Unless they start solving issues, I have to tag them soon, though I really don't want to do so. But gambling sites seem not to care about the forum users. To be honest, I made a sound a long time ago, but they don't seem afraid about allegations, hence not bothering to respond. So far I can see they aren't friendly enough to solve their fiat issues. They could easily force local fiat agents to solve such issues. Even they could add a contact of local fiat agents whom they will contact when they face some issues.

Ideally, they should disable the INR withdrawals and deposits since the government banned the online gambling but they haven't yet this is the reason why they had trust the random third party merchants to process the payments. I guess the market is too big to disable fiat? Not sure but stake somehow managed to keep the problem under control while it is more often with BC.game. P.S they disabled the INR payment mode completely for a week or two then it came back.

They have zero excuses to not deal with customer complaints (and queries), they are generating enough funds and profit to be able to employ a better team of customer service staff. When their customers are left ignored or are waiting for prolonged periods for a simple reply, they come to this forum raising concerns. I do not know what has gone wrong with BC Game, maybe it is just a matter of time before they stop engaging with their customers in the forum altogether. I am afraid of it; they are probably going to stop collaboration with the forum users. I have sent them a DM to respond on this thread. But it is not likely they are going to respond, at least as realised from their behaviour. Just noticed they have a dedicated account for the forum called BC.game support. I have sent him a DM as well and am waiting for a response. He seems active on the forum, so we expect an explanation regarding the fiat payments situation. Otherwise I will ask victims to raise a flag against BC Game.

They could. But if the scam is intentional and some of their employees are tied to these scams, then they are unlikely to provide any solutions at this moment. I assume the stakeholders of the BC game aren't aware of their online reputation issues. Any legit business owner won't let it happen. The casino's employees don't really care about the reputation as long as they get their salary and don't feel any pressure from management. I don't know whether top management is aware of these issues, but things are not looking good at all. They have a good product, but their human resource seems limited.

That dedicated forum account has not been active since 14th January, it demonstrates how much emphasis they are putting on their reputation in the forum and to solve issues when they are being raised. I suspect your messages to them will be ignored because they seem to be giving up engaging with members via the forum. That conduct is a surprise because they already had problems with court cases and changing jurisdiction in order to retain a licence yet they still use the forum to run a signature campaign. It would have been better for them to have built their reputation up again rather bring more negative attention to themselves. If they were being serious (as well as professional), they would be taking a different approach. It would be interesting to see how many members would actually support a flag if it were raised. Even their cooperation with the holydarknes to resolve the pending accusations against their system did not seem professional to me at all, despite the sincere intentions and honest willing to help from holydarkness. I have criticized this several times in thei ANN thread. A professional service should provide support through official channels or through official representatives, not using an intermediary who is volunteering to give some hope for hopeless victims who haven't found any way to contact them regarding their legitimate issues.
By checking the Scam and Accusations board, we can notice that disputes with bcgame isn't just about Fiat payments. There many other cases about pending crypto withdrawals and KYC enforcement. All of them have a commun criteria "Poor Communication".

BC Game team I know they will not allow their enemies to scatter the reputation they have built with people in this community to destroy than to do what will make gamblers to begin to see BC Game as most trusted and reliable website to gamble. Do you know you have save the company and the people of this forum from the hands of scammers, if BC Game team cannot resolve this issues it will make many people to start avoiding BC Game website until they clean up all the error.

Regarding fiat payment issues, we would like to clarify that we have recently been restructuring and adjusting our cooperation with local fiat merchants, particularly in India. As many users are aware, fiat gateways rely on third-party service providers, and during this transition period, delays and inconsistencies unfortunately did occur. That said, these adjustments are already in progress and we expect overall stability to improve.
In addition, we are actively working on improving user experience and platform value, including the gradual rollout of new features such as 0 HE and Real Bonus, which are currently being introduced in stages.

There is no misunderstanding since holydarkness wasn't your official representative. He had been helping victims voluntarily since he had a few plugs in a few casinos; somehow he built it. Also, it doesn't matter if you comply with any of us; the matter is you aren't solving these issues. We really don't need to call you here if victims don't come on the forum. Unless posted on the scam accusation board, we may not even notice your issues. Victims come here when they fail to communicate and find a resolution. We care about forum users, and any suspicious casino behaviour we take seriously. It's your responsibility to keep your reputation stable; we aren't your enemies. We just want to make sure your platform is running smoothly without issues, especially on the forum. We are ready to help you voluntarily; hence, I raised this concern. We could care less, as a community, if holydarkness is helping you guys solving issues or if he isn't. If you guys were taking care of business, then someone from this forum wouldn't have had to give any of his personal time to help you guys operate with a clean name. Take a look at some of the issues your site has faced in the past. Users who had KYC issues got so many tries and then were basically told go to hell as your support stopped responding and stopped letting them resubmit info after x amount of tries. How many users posted that issue here? How many players would you have lost if someone hadn't taken the time to get a contact on your site and get these sorts of issues sorted for users? Then you got the fiat issue that's been going on for Indian users. This hasn't been an issue only for a few days, it has been ongoing for months. You would think that you guys would get off your asses and solve the issue before months had passed. I mean it's only a potential 1.46 billion customers you guys could be serving, who cares right? The point, fix your shit man. Get better support, change the system, and don't just end communication as obviously some users would have been completely fucked had holydarkness not helped. Your support is 100% shit and needs a huge overhaul.
