Hello,

I’m posting here to report an unresolved issue with the affiliate program of BitcoinCasinoGroup, in the hope of getting clarification or feedback from other affiliates or a representative of the program.

• Program: BitcoinCasinoGroup for bitcoincasino.us
• Platform: Affilka 
• Affiliate ID: 16589 
• Amount unpaid: 0.1 BTC 
• Account status: Blocked (since over 1 week)

My affiliate account was suddenly blocked, and my earned commissions (0.1 BTC) have not been paid. I contacted the casino support multiple times but received no clear explanation, no evidence of any violation, and no timeline for resolution.

I also contacted Affilka support. They confirmed that:
- They are only the software provider
- All decisions regarding traffic evaluation, account blocking, and payments are made solely by the operator
- They forwarded my case to the operator

Despite this, I still have:
- No written reason for the account suspension
- No reference to any violated affiliate terms
- No proof of invalid traffic
- No confirmation regarding payment of earned commissions

I am sharing this publicly to:
1) Ask if other affiliates have experienced similar issues with this program 
2) Encourage the operator to provide a transparent and documented explanation 

I am open to resolving this professionally and updating this thread if the issue is solved.

This thread will fit in the “Scam Accusations” board

In 2018 there was a thread about this casino accusations saying “SCAM” and “Stealing” I didn't know this casino before but it seemed a bit dubious.
bitcoincasino.us is a SCAM.
bitcoincasino.us steals money

The amount earned from affiliates of 0.1 BTC is quite large for the current BTC price... I hope you can find some light.

It also seems like this casino doesn't have an official thread on bitcointalk.

That is not a good experience at all, sorry about that, let us remain positive because If it is really a genuine system I am very sure the system supporters will reach out to the operators in charge to tackle the issues and make your fund available for you.

It can only be terrible if the site is managed and controlled by scammers, which we can not conclude yet, if this system had a thread here it would have been better to report this issue there so it will be taken care of. Let us all be guided.

That is not a good experience at all, sorry about that, let us remain positive because If it is really a genuine system I am very sure the system supporters will reach out to the operators in charge to tackle the issues and make your fund available for you.
There is only one reason why they would block you without giving any reason.
- They don't want to pay you.

This is very common for scammers, and that is what you say is genuine in the system. I don't think we remain positive when the casinos show off to us. Instead, it is more on negativity.

That's it, because only scammers will do this. That is why if you are doing an affiliate job, you must also know more about them. We can't simply put trust easily because they offer huge amounts. Honestly, those platforms that do this often turn to scams.

Thanks for sharing. I know it's tough for an affiliate to go through this, especially after promoting the site and building up an affiliate balance. That means you actually brought in a good number of players, so this situation really sucks.

As for the suggestion above, this thread belongs in the Scam Accusations board. If possible, please include screenshots of your email or chat attempts to contact them (with any confidential info censored) to strengthen your case. Even if the site doesn't have an ANN thread here, this post can still serve as a warning for anyone thinking of using the platform, either as a player or an affiliate.

I checked the complaints in Casinoguru and they are not good at all. They are 11 of them so far though so old which kind of paints a picture that they casino is not very popular this days but their safety index/rating is below average.

This means that even if you take the case over there, it is less likely to get resolved though it should be worth trying.

Before having an affiliate account with them, you ought to have checked their record on this forum, and with the level of accusation once raised about the platform, i dont see them resolving your issue professionally, but nothing is impossible because I really hope you get your hard earned money from them.
In the future, I hope you check what was said about other brands before having an affiliate with them, because nothing guarantees that the gamblers who use their service will get their winnings in full.

This isn't really helpful. We don't even know when the OP registered on the platform. The scam accusations mentioned don't include solid evidence, just plain complaints without proof. Because of that, it's hard to judge the validity or seriousness of the claims, or even the real "level" of the accusation.

So far, I have seen lots of complaints against the casino you have mentioned, OP, and it seems they do not care about the complaints as well because they still have more people to run down again. Have you not seen all these complaints of players against the casino? Have you tried reaching out to them yourself to see how they respond to client complaints about their services? Anyways its now your turn, and you now know how it feels to be in the same fate as others who complain of the same thing as well.

You have a point, but rules are introduced based on how the platform/ecosystem is growing to avoid manipulation or abuse, and to get genuine activity.
Judging by the years the accusation was posted, I believe we shouldn't expect most accusations to be backed up with evidence, like now that Bitcointalk is known well in the crypto space.

This doesn't add up, are you okay and accept the accusation say to 2UP.io (the one on your signature) when someone posted a scam accusation about the service without valid proof and also let every one to believe such thing? Of course not, you need to ask evidence. The mentioned two scam accusation threads is the same, no proofs, just posted they were scammed, the OP don't even bother to reply on the thread.
That's why its hard to validate if those scam accusations are true, and suggesting to check their record on this forum on how they resolve issues when they don't have ann thread or representative here is not too helpful.

To clarify, I’m not making a definitive scam accusation at this stage. I’m reporting an unresolved affiliate dispute and lack of transparency regarding an account suspension and unpaid commissions.

The purpose of this thread is:

 - to see whether other affiliates have experienced similar issues
 - and to encourage the operator to provide a clear, documented explanation

Regarding the amount, 0.1 BTC may seem significant at current prices, but it reflects accumulated affiliate commissions over time, not a single transaction.

If the operator can explain the reason for the block, reference the relevant TOS clause, and confirm payment (or provide evidence justifying non-payment), I’m fully open to resolving this and updating the thread accordingly.

Transparency and communication are the key issues here.

I agree that it’s too early to draw definitive conclusions, which is why I’m focusing on facts and transparency rather than accusations.

Unfortunately, as you mentioned, there doesn’t seem to be an official Bitcointalk thread for this casino, which limits the usual communication channel with the operators. That’s one of the reasons I posted here.

I’m still hopeful this can be resolved professionally if the operator provides a clear explanation for the account suspension.

I’ll make sure to update this thread if there is any progress.

I understand your point, and I agree that blocking an affiliate account without explanation is a serious red flag.

That said, I want to be precise and fair in how this is handled. At this stage, I can only state the facts:

 - the account was blocked
 - earned commissions remain unpaid
 - no written reason or evidence has been provided

Whether this results from mismanagement, poor communication, or something more serious is exactly what I’m trying to clarify through this thread.

I believe it’s important to give the operator the opportunity to respond publicly and transparently. If they do so and resolve the issue, I will update the thread accordingly. If they don’t, then everyone can draw their own conclusions based on the facts.

For now, my goal is not to label anyone, but to obtain clear answers and accountability.

I’ve attached the transcript of my support conversation.

Support acknowledges the issue but refuses to escalate or confirm anything in writing.

This is unacceptable for an affiliate program.

I’m still open to resolving this, but I need:

 - confirmation of account status
 - confirmation of withheld commissions
 - a timeline for resolution

If no response, I will escalate to Affilka.

I checked the complaints in Casinoguru and they are not good at all. They are 11 of them so far though so old which kind of paints a picture that they casino is not very popular this days but their safety index/rating is below average.

This means that even if you take the case over there, it is less likely to get resolved though it should be worth trying.

CasinoGuru reviews are indeed not reassuring, but my main issue is still the lack of transparency from the operator.

If they respond with a clear confirmation and timeline, I’m happy to resolve this professionally. Otherwise, I will escalate the case via all available channels (including CasinoGuru and Affilka).

This isn't really helpful. We don't even know when the OP registered on the platform. The scam accusations mentioned don't include solid evidence, just plain complaints without proof. Because of that, it's hard to judge the validity or seriousness of the claims, or even the real "level" of the accusation.

So far, I have seen lots of complaints against the casino you have mentioned, OP, and it seems they do not care about the complaints as well because they still have more people to run down again. Have you not seen all these complaints of players against the casino? Have you tried reaching out to them yourself to see how they respond to client complaints about their services? Anyways its now your turn, and you now know how it feels to be in the same fate as others who complain of the same thing as well.
Anyway, the reputation board is the best place for this complaint, as I don't think it is right to put up such a sensitive matter here on this thread. You already know that, so I will advise you do the needful. It amuses me how you became active all of a sudden after nearly plus 2 years of being inactive here on this platform.

You have a point, but rules are introduced based on how the platform/ecosystem is growing to avoid manipulation or abuse, and to get genuine activity.
Judging by the years the accusation was posted, I believe we shouldn't expect most accusations to be backed up with evidence, like now that Bitcointalk is known well in the crypto space.
