Yes, you are right, usually addicted gamblers doesn't want to accept the fact that they are indeed into the depth of hell in gambling. That's why it's very hard for someone to help them because they deny that they have this symptoms and they that are normal like any other people. We need to help them in whichever way possible before they really ruined their lives for the worst.

Wow, this level of gambling addiction is very serious. I believe just like every other addiction problem, these individuals can be rehabilitated and helped to get out of it. One thing I'm still curious about is, if it do have withdrawal syndrome like other common types of addiction when someone is trying to stop it. Maybe it does but it probably might be in a different form, who knows. But I believe these individuals can be assisted with professional help, but they first need to realize that they need help. Like the two cases mentioned, I think they should've realized by now because those things are certainly not normal.

I believe that sometimes we really need to talk to others instead of keeping things bottled up inside. The way I see it, even if we talk to a friend and they don’t come up with a solution, that’s okay we just need to talk. The point is, having someone listen is better than having no one at all.

However that said, it might also depend on the nature of the problem because there are always some people who don’t want to hear someone’s story for one reason or another.

My friend has a partner they’ve been with for a long time but when my friend lost a large sum of money gambling and intended to tell their partner about it, the partner got angry instead of listenin though it’s not entirely the partner’s fault that they got angry.

The only way someone can play every day is if they don't work and dedicate themselves solely to it.
