Where it leads? Yes there is opportunities but untfortunately many people dont have access to them + inflation and cost of living.

This does look like a general problem that's faced by everyone across the world and not just a regional concern. Our population is gradually in a manner that the opportunity we are creating is not enough to meet the needs we are creating as well

The way out is to do develop yourself such that in the midst of a growing population, you're still able to make yourself so relevant just so that with or without I kr the choked up skilled people, you can still find your place.

EU and the UK are facing a decline in population, so AI and immigrants will be needed to cover labour shortages. Ai will never replace hums and it will also create jobs.  

That remains to be seen. Another theory is that most labour in the future will be done by AI and most people will receive a minimum living income that will allow them to live with dignity and still dedicate themselves to an idle life. But that entails other problems because historically humans have built our identity on, especially, our profession, and if we stop working it could lead to a deep existential crisis.

Inflation and rising costs have allowed the wealthy to build wealth, but the middle class and the poor can only live on paychecks and cannot improve their quality of life. In my country, inflation continues to rise. Although the media reports that inflation is only rising by around 3 or 4 percent, in reality, inflation can rise by 10 to 15 percent annually. I don't know where the government gets these low inflation figures, whether they are manipulated or not. But I have experienced firsthand the costs of education, basic necessities, and property, which increase by more than 10% annually. Compared to a salary increase of only 1-2%, this situation or the current system has created a huge gap between those with excess money that could be used to invest or buy property.

The sad reality is that it will never end, and there will be some market financial collapse here and there at times which will reset things where some rich people will bankrupt some sort of like "victim" and then we will get on with it like nothing happened.

We have to learn that the thing about the market is that the worlds economy runs on making rich people richer, the entire system is built that way so you can't just change it. You can't just punish people who make a lot of money, that doesn't sit well with peoples minds. So that is why we are going to do even worse.

While I disagree that it is not going to be changed, I also understand why it would look like it is nearly impossible. We are about to have our first trillionaire ever, and seems like there is no way to stop it.

So on paper he is rich, while I am sure in reality he is not, like if he wanted to sell it all today, it would not even be worth 100 billion because why would anyone want to buy tesla shares if even Elon musk wants to sell them. But it is true that he is still rich, and one day, this won't sustain and "something" will happen about it, not sure what yet, but something will.

It will definitely be harder to find jobs if automation becomes more widespread. Just like how technology evolved back then and laid a lot of people off, it will happen again. But new jobs will emerge and we just need to adapt.

Agree with you since inequality grows more bigger, but I don't really think that trying to reduce the population will be the best solution in this issue. What history shows that harsh policies  and global troubles like war bring more sufferings to people.

I remember the one child policy implemented by China before https://www.scmp.com/economy/china-economy/article/3135510/chinas-one-child-policy-what-was-it-and-what-impact-did-it this help to reduce their population temporarily, but this create huge long term problem to their country and they decide to stop this policy.

If government will create a fair system like anyone have chance to get an access for education, job, food and health care system. Maybe with that everyone will not struggle, but this is just fantasy only since we know how everything works in real world.

Truly it's a general problem and it's not just only that the exploding population of people in the world has grown beyond the available opportunities and resources therefore arising to a high scarcity in the opportunities for all. But one major problem to this scarcity is that in every society in the world there's this small group or class of people who are just greedy that they have taken excess to their possession, which has led to a populated number being left with just a few resources and opportunities to grab.

The way out can be self development as to stay relevant and indisposeable, but what happens when everyone starts up leveling and developing themselves. How would such competition be  in nature?

Don't worry, it's not going to get better... It might get better for some, just not for everyone. It's the system, we call it broken, but maybe it's by design. To keep some of the people on top and the rest of us on bottom... or squzzing in the middle.

Constant inflation that affects the cost of living, corruption on highest levels, rule of the stronger, not the rule of law. Don't forget that some people are still embracing opportunity in this inflation to earn income from their investments, if you don't have the mind to hold your coins for long term before you can sell, you can make use of short term holding because it will allow you to start earning little income that will satisfy you, I know there are some people who are still waiting for government to work on inflation before they can start investing in decentralized investment because the cost of living in some countries is very high but if government know that some people are waiting for fund to be surplus in the counties, it will push some investors to start investing what will boost their income in the future.

The quest for survival is definitely high on demand and subsequently not favouring most individuals in the society today, everything is been affected solely, majorly this could be cause by a failed system. A failed system give rise to a failed opportunities and thus  the manner at which wealth is created it could either contribute to the economy system and reducing the rate of poor masses but then the reverse is the case.

It's sad to see economic inequality increasing. Many large companies are already laying off employees to replace them with artificial intelligence, and unemployment is rising every day. But don't just lament; humans have the capacity to reinvent themselves and overcome the challenges that arise. I believe it's time to learn to work with AI. The future of work belongs to people who master it and deliver solutions based on this technology. Humans remain necessary for AI to continue to exist and be programmed to function according to the role it will play.

The rate of unemployment is already at the higher level, and we are hoping for the government to provide more job opportunities to the youth, so that the rate of unemployment could be reduce to a lower level. But I think with the way things are actually going now, I think the unemployment rates will only increase, because of the advancements of technology. Artificial intelligence is gradually replacing the humans. But I think still humans need to be giving the opportunity to shine and grow. Our economies has been very difficult for people to survive in, but they are still trying their best just to put food on their table.

Inflation has become the major problem in our society, it's not just affecting the poor only in terms of food, but also in terms of shelter, clothing, good education, and at the same time, they are sacrificing their dreams and desires because they lack what it takes to fulfil them.

I wish there was an environment where everyone could comfortably meet their basic needs and do what they wanted without harming others. Such an environment would allow individuals to engage in socially beneficial behaviors and develop themselves, and a future could be built where many negative situations are eliminated.

Being good is not just for some; it's something everyone should strive for and practice. Goodness begets goodness, and a better world can be built that way. If those in power used their power for good, there would be no opportunity for evil.

Housing has become so expensive and it's no longer for the regular and minimum wage earners. I think that the rich businessmen has something to do with that because they want people to rent their flats and apartments and that creates a surge in the demand. Therefore, the real estate becomes so expensive that it is no longer affordable to the normies. It sounds nice to say these things, but those are very naive thoughts and they don't match the realities of the world. Unfortunately, we are not living in a rosy dream world. When people kill each other for money, thinking that goodness will prevail is too utopian. Even if such a peaceful environment were established, it wouldn't last long. In general, this field is just as big a money bubble as AI. The Chinese are making robot girls, and it's impressive, but they're for entertainment, not work.

I think that if a person keeps constantly developing and learning, it’s hard to imagine that they won’t find their place, even with competition from AI or robots. All of this can be seen as a threat, or it can be used as a tool, and by doing so, people can become more efficient and more in demand. Yes, some professions may disappear from the labor market, but are we really obliged to do the same thing for our entire lives.Today, there are opportunities to completely and radically change one’s field of work. It may be difficult, but there are ways and directions in which to grow. I don’t believe that robots and AI will be the reason for a massive widening of the gap between the rich and the poor or for the disappearance of the middle class. Such a scenario is more likely to result from poor governance and laws that are adopted in ways that exploit and impoverish people.

Our generation already dropped the average, and now Z generation (who still has time) is doing much worse at their age than our parents did. So, basically your parents had an average higher than your children, and your grandchildren will have lower than your children.

This will cause resources to be eventually be enough. Obviously it is not going to be easy to make this work because we are so used to having this many people and when the population drops to like six billion people (which it will if the birth rates stay low) then it is going to be easy to matter, humans will be valuable once more.

I understand what you're saying and I wish things could happen in that way. But, not sure we can have things materialize in that way going by the human tendency to be greedy when it's about sharing of values in the society. Even supposing there's a quantifiable resources of about 10 to a number of just 5 men in the world, it still won't be enough to reach some persons as those who think to be too powerful may want to acquire excess and hoard. This is where one problem of resource scarcity lies.
