I'd probably report it to the casino and tell them it was their mistake. If they persist, I'd switch to another platform. There's no point in paying when it's their fault.

That's what most people would do, if they see that the casino doesn't want to fix the error, they will switch to another casino, while some might create a new account if they still want to continue using the casino. It's quite unfortunate that OP experienced this, we can also confirm that this kind of incident is not very common among casino, if they make such mistake, they will fix it before you realize. I haven't really heard of anything like that before. if it is something new that you are experiencing it is better that you contacted customer care because it seems like they made a mistake about it.  Even reputable casinos can make mistakes but this doesn't mean that you should not do your research before signing up on any casino. in most cases they can use this as a way to get you scammed. when you make a deposit it might be deducted.

Never been experienced this kind of problem because most of the time is if you have a balance and then meet the bet requirement and once you place your wager it will deducted to your wallet and then if ever refunded happen it will credit again and you can put another bet now if ever there is a negative bet possible there is an issue with their website regarding wallet balance and its on their accountability and on the end used mistake if there is a prompted negative balance.

I doubt someone is willing to pay that negative balance due to the error of the casino incase support insists on paying the negative balance first before you can have a regular balance on your deposit.

I never experienced an already settled bet results change later on since casino usually stick to their initial remarks. They have time to check the game before they settle it and I believe users will be affected by this sudden change on remark if ever they will acknowledge it as a bug.

Oh!  now I understand what it means, but what could possibly be the reason behind that, is it due to system error or something? Because ever since I started gambling i can't remember having this experience any day not that I don't face difficulties rather the ones I experience is different from these, for example delay in withdrawal and sometimes I would be trying to bet with $3 let's say my total balance is $6 the bet will keep loading to an extent where I will be forced to reload the site and after that I discovered that I have made a multiple bet I mean I was actually planning to make a single bet so that the remaining $3 will be there incase I would like to bet the next time but funny enough that the network just place the bet twice after then I was Left with zero balance I don't know if anyone have experience that before.

Haven't experienced such. It means, there's something wrong in the casino's settings and it is not your fault as a player. But if you are already seeing negative balance, the probability that they will deduct that amount the next time you deposit is high. So to make sure what's happening with your account, you can always reach out their support and ask about this matter.

Check the terms of the site regarding having negative balance because for sure, they will have some protocols regarding incurring negative balance in your account so you know what to do and not violate any of their terms that will further affect your status of your account to their site.

Yes, from the explanation given by the OP, when something is showing a minus, it means debt, and this is not something new; it's just that it's rare and doesn't frequently happen. What the OP has to do is either deposit and get it cleared or argue with the casino and put it to them that the fault is from them and not his; if not, there is not a time he could have willingly owed them that money.

Could be .. it is the casino that can give the full details behind the negative balance.

From OP explanation, it seems the previous bet was refunded to OP’s account but eventually after OP used it both the refunded bet and the new bet was tracked and subtracted altogether leaving OP balance with negative( refunded bet value).

There’s a lot to it , which I can’t possibly answer because I’m not the casino and neither do I belong to any casino technical team but “system error” as you mentioned is an option  out of many possibilities to it.
