Hi everyone,

I want to warn the community about Betwinner:

- My account was BLOCKED before I deposited 700 TRX
- The system accepted the funds on 2026-01-16 18:13:54 (UTC)
- TxID: TXZJU3S-HPNKS-PXSQMG
- I cannot access my account or funds
- Support has ignored all my emails for 12+ days

This is a technical failure and constitutes unjust retention of funds.
All evidence (screenshots, TxID, timestamps) is available.

Do you mind sharing some proofs?
Also, what is the link to the casino? Did you reach out to their support about the deposit? Also, do you know why they blocked your account? You should not have made your deposit without checking your account status. If you did it by mistake, the casino should refund the amount to you. I am not sure if they have any announcement thread in this forum. However, I would like to see some evidence first.

Thank you for your replies.

To clarify:
- The account was already blocked before the deposit.
- The TRX deposit address was previously saved/registered in my account.
- I sent the funds directly to that address without realizing the account was still blocked.
- The system accepted the deposit on the blockchain (TxID available).

Currently, Betwinner support has confirmed they are willing to re-open my account. I am waiting for the account to be unlocked so the balance issue can be resolved properly.

I can provide transaction proof and screenshots if required.
I will update this thread once the account status changes.

That is some good news. If they are willing to reopen your account and refund your deposit, I think that should solve the case. Did you have other funds in your account except for the deposit we are talking about? Did they informed you the reason of blocking your account? Did they tell you if they are re-opening just because they want to refund the deposit? Or maybe they will allow you to play again on their platform after re-opening the account?

Anyway, regardless of the situation, you should always submit proofs to back your claim. So, I think you should post some screenshots here as a proof.

Just to clarify one important point:

The account was previously self-closed at my own request some time ago. I honestly forgot about this at the moment of making the deposit.

However, the TRX deposit address was still active/saved, and the system accepted the funds on the blockchain. From a technical perspective, a deposit should not be accepted to a self-closed account.

I contacted Betwinner support regarding this issue. They replied that they are willing to re-open the account so the situation can be reviewed. At this stage, no refund has been made and no final action has been taken yet.

I think this is partly your fault. How is the casino going to block/stop a blockchain deposit when you already have the address to yourself minus accessing the account? Let's be real.

All you have to request for them now is a refund or access to your account so you can get your funds but blaming a casino for a transaction that got confirmed via the tron blockchain is a bit unfair.

This indicates a failure in Betwinner’s internal controls. While blockchain transactions are irreversible, platforms are responsible for managing deposit addresses and user account states. The funds are held under Betwinner’s custody and should either be refunded or made withdrawable by restoring account access.

This is not a blockchain problem; it is a compliance and system design issue on the casino’s side.

At this point, there is no concrete update from the casino.

Although they replied, the account remains closed, no withdrawal has been enabled, and no timeline has been provided. So far, it appears to be only a verbal response without any actual action.

No one is asking Betwinner to block or reverse a blockchain transaction. That argument is irrelevant.
Once the funds were accepted into a closed account, Betwinner became the custodian of those funds.

From that point, they are obligated to either:
   •   Refund the funds, or
   •   Reopen the account and allow withdrawal.

Anything else is just deflection.
The funds are under Betwinner’s control, and this situation exists solely because they allowed deposits to a closed account.

Until they take concrete action, Betwinner is fully responsible for resolving this.

That's correct. but you also bear some responsibility because you did not check the account’s status beforehand.. However, they are indeed responsible for returning the funds you deposited as this is what I see as a flaw in the casino’s system because the deposit address for the excluded/blocked account should have been disabled... If funds were deposited to this address as in your case they should have been transferred directly to the refund queue instead of remaining frozen and showing up in your closed account.

If they have indeed told you they will reopen your account, you should give them 24-48 hours to resolve the issue and wait patiently. Honestly, I don't expect them to respond to you at all given my lack of trust in this casino, so let’s wait and see what happens

you know you can't "deactivate" an address? right? that's not how crypto works. if you send coins to a deposit address on a closed account, you only have yourself to blame.

Until they take concrete action, Betwinner is fully responsible for resolving this.
if betwinner is willing to refund the deposit or let you withdraw it, you will be lucky. in situations like this, you usually 100% lose the coins or have to pay a recovery fee to get a refund.

What if they aren't ready to comply with you since you have self-excluded? I am not sure if they are responsible for any deposit for self-excluded accounts, have to read their terms. Because the address won't be dead anyway; if you send a transaction, then the blockchain will confirm it and keep the record. It's good to see they replied to you about unblocking your account. Definitely, you have to accept full responsibility since you closed your account yourself. Because likely later you will blame them when losing funds.

Have they asked you to make deposit? I am not defending Betwinner, just asking you because you are ignoring your responsibility. Before make a deposit you must need double check where you are sending funds. Let's assume you send the funds to scammer then where could you claim back this funds?

If they aren't ready to direct a refund, then try to withdraw from the account after unblocking. Try to explain the situation through their support, hope they will help you. Don't just blame them; accept the mistake you have made and say sorry for that. Ask for the help instead of blaming; remind yourself of your responsibility as well.

Yes, I self-excluded the account — that is exactly why deposits should not have been possible.
The deposit address was generated and assigned by Betwinner, and it remained active despite the account being closed.

This is not comparable to sending funds to a scammer or a wrong address.
The funds were sent to an address under Betwinner’s control, not to a third party.

No one asked Betwinner to reject or block a blockchain transaction.
Once the funds were accepted into a closed account, Betwinner became the custodian of those funds and is responsible for resolving this properly.

I am not refusing responsibility for initiating the deposit.
However, accepting responsibility does not mean forfeiting my funds or waiving Betwinner’s obligation to either refund the deposit or allow withdrawal.

For 12 days, there has been no concrete action — only delays and attempts to shift full responsibility to the user.
Until the account is reopened or the funds are refunded, the issue remains unresolved and Betwinner remains responsible.
