Receiving promotion via call is annoying since they frequently use a random number which you can have a wrong assumption that this is just a random bullshit call.

It just intensifies my annoyance when the call is from an AI. I don’t answer any unregistered number call so I don’t like this kind of offer.

But it’s efficient for user that preferred call promotion since AI speak fluently and easy to understand compared to some agent imho.

Yeah its annoying especially if you are doing something important and those bothering calls will disturb you. So to avoid having that kind of experience better not to borrow on any lending apps since its expected that they provably do those crazy approach.

On casino side, this is quiet unethical for casinos to do those actions since its not good do this way since they are doing total disturbance to anyone if they came on that point using AI to call or send messages to personal numbers of their clients. It shows total desperation and I will not appreciate any casino doing that actions.

Look, in my opinion you're right, they're really exaggerating, because ok, you have a loan, you can remember it, but annoying people isn't even right, eh. Uninstall the app, or turn off notifications, I don't know how it works. In short, make sure they don't bother you more.

That’s really what I want to do, not answer at all, but sometimes clients inquire about our business so I would expect some numbers aren’t registered, so I have no choice but to take the call. I mean, i have no problem with them calling me since its part of the deal ( I guess), but please not an AI or some kind of robot.

When I started using casino, doing verification and providing phone number, I wasn't comfortable with such casinos but I had no choice in certain cases especially when it has to do with KYC before withdrawal. I was thinking they would use it for calls on such things like promotion, bonus, rectification of registration mistakes etc but casinos have made such direct contact burden shift to email. They choose email messages and that is better for me because sometimes some promotions might not be interesting for you to enter for it and calling directly would be a distraction like we have that from other businesses especially telecoms and network providers (instead of using email address) which is really boring, unattractive and contributing to stress of daily life instead of using email address

Sp far, I don’t received any call notifications to any casino even though I allowed phone notifications before since I’m expecting good bonus sent through phone.

I frequently received sms notifications but it became worst because I received other casino promotion even though I’m not subscribed to them.

AI call is bad since customer cannot inquire further details about the promotion since it’s a 1 way interaction.

I’ve never experienced being called by an AI from a casino, though there are some casinos that called me before through their agents, and those were real people trying to push bonuses and get me to deposit. I know it’s legit, but I usually don’t go for promos like that.

It's not bad for people that might be interested in it. I will generally consider it as spam if they start making annoying calls to their customers. Instead, they could make it a subscription thing, just like a newsletter where you subscribe to receive information that keeps users up-to-date. This way, interested people can subscribe. But hey, who needs a call when you can just get a notification on your email account?

Hell, No. Why on earth would anybody want to be disturbed just to be offered a random promotion? Well, I guess people who really loves to gamble and do it 24/7 would want that but for me, pass. It makes it even worse if the call comes from a robot. Sure, AI nowadays might sound like your pretty ex-gf from college days but I still wouldn't be happy receiving such call.

Maybe a text is a little acceptable but the user still has to agree on receiving such notifications.

That would be too much. I already receive regular text messages and emails from various platforms, and that's more than enough.I think that in recent years, few people talk on the phone anymore; texting has become more popular, so you can respond when you see fit, and if a call comes in, everyone understands that it's something important. That's why I wouldn't want to receive advertising offers from a person or even from AI.

You didn’t sign up for that, so they really shouldn’t be calling you. Otherwise it’s illegal since they’re supposed to protect your number, keep it confidential, and not share it with anyone. Unwarranted calls like that are just disturbing.

Loans are a bit different though, since those calls are usually just reminders so you don’t miss a payment when it’s due, and if you’re paying early anyway, they won’t even bother calling you.

Now, by the way, there are a lot of AI assistants who can receive such unknown calls, which is very convenient. If someone wanted to say something important, the assistant would write it down. I’d really like to have something on my phone where unknown numbers that aren’t in my contacts can’t call me at all. I treat all calls as important, so it's annoying when you are taking a shower, and there is a call, only to find out it's about casino promos or bonuses.
It's an invasion of your privacy if these calls keep coming. It's enough to send it via email or text, but it's different when it's a call. You would like to delete your account on this kind of casino.
These types of calls are not allowed in our country; they violate privacy. It's good that our government implements this.

Since they have our phone numbers receiving SMS texts about updates and promos is OK, but AI calls is a bit too much.
So far I have never received any AI calls from any casinos and sportsbooks. If I ever receive such calls, I will do my best to ask customer support to stop these forms of intrusive marketing. My bank sends me lots of marketing promos via SMS texts, and I don't remember about getting any SMS texts from casinos. There are lots of AI phone call scams in my country and I've received several phone calls from phone numbers, which are connected to AI scams and I've never answered them. Phone scams can be dangerous, because the scammers record your voice and they can use it with the help of AI for other scams.

I think email messages are enough as that is what most people use nowadays, we have all sort of emails in our phone from work to personal ones and we check them at least once daily so not missing any promo from them actually. I personally like Bc.game that I have in my signature, they also send to me beside email notification also a SMS bonus reminding me of this great thing. AI if done properly will not interfere with your life by calling you often and out of nowhwere, a simple SMS also guiding you to the bonus link would be great. This though I find it hard casinos will push it because there is risk of fraud by malicious cyber actors. So for me it is better like it is.
