Any casino that adopts this strategy has only opened a new impersonation business for scammers. It wouldn't be long before the results start manifesting.
They can’t really scam us that easily because gamblers are already used to dealing with risk, so we’re aware of the possible downsides from the start. I also doubt many people would even be interested, even if bonuses are offered, since we all know casino bonuses are always in their favor and tied to the TOS.

Because of that, I don’t see many casinos adopting this approach. What they could improve instead is providing a proper phone number for complaints. That alone would help resolve issues faster, especially for gamblers who prefer talking to someone directly from the casino to explain their problem and get a quicker resolution.

I have been receiving text messages and phone calls that I don't recognize. But I am not responded to those numbers and leaving without doing anything. I will just reducing the volume on my phone so I don't have to hear the sound call.

But they don't call me or message me too often so I can accepts if that is just a promotion. I will really blocks the numbers or reporting to the casinos if the calling becomes too often.

Currently, we still receive bonus notifications from online casinos via email, advertisements and so on, yes, it might be considered too excessive if Al is a program for casino owners to promote their bonuses via telephone number.

I once received a call from a certain exchange, they were promoting about depositing and getting cash, it was annoying, because they spoke too widely and long, If this happens at every casino, of course I will press the off button, of course that way is better.

Just a random thought.
Loan apps now use AI calls to remind you about dues, and honestly it’s annoying.

Since casinos also ask for your phone number during verification, what if they start doing the same thing, calling you about promos or bonuses?

Would you be okay with that, or is that already too much?
That is just crazy to experience. Haven had some digital experience about how transactions and online networking goes,  I can vividly tell it that it will be as annoying as when you are browsing the internet for something else and and some set of scammers from their database got rid of my phone maybe... I don't know. Had though been in the streets sometimes maybe loose guided my contacts and I will be gotten their targets and they begin their random calls like i really took a loan from them or even have an account with them?

Obviously not a legitimate loaning platform but if it is, then they must be desperate to convince targets.
So they have to loan you with a collateral, maybe you fail to pay you loose your house, cars or everything.
That scam in different strategy. I don't like the movie. Lol  Grin
Sure I can always Identify them hiding under the blankets.

So for the casino to copycat, I trust they will begin to loose customers with integrities because gambling ADs has not even been a comfortable in the first place come to talk about accepting a role of the casino bot have to call my phone line.
I don't need ADs. That extreme madness of gambling promotion strategy have to be cut short or limited.

As long as there's an option to either receive the notification or not. If it is a forced notification, then I'd rather pick another online casino because it will truly be annoying and probably be a disturbance at some point when a person is in a meeting or busy.

It's nice to take advantage of the AI technology, but it should always be used to make things easier for the customer and not to stress them out. I have a loan too in a digital cash application, and I don't like being reminded way too much about the upcoming due date of the loan. It's irritating because it is being forced even if you are paying on time and have no bad records. Cheesy

I see here that you are speaking for yourself and your ability to tell what is a scam and what is not. I have a contrary feeling about this. Many gamblers act impulsively; as long as there is hope that they stand to win something, they will fall for the risks immediately. After all, isn't money all what most gamblers want? We have already seen how they act irresponsibly because of greed and other factors, what is the possibility that they will ignore an AI call coming from thesame casino they use (though scam), telling them they have a bonus to claim? A good majority will fall


Casinos can do better. They should simply give gamblers the opportunity to choose how they wish to be contacted,  either via real calls, AI calls, emails or any other social media platform. I will prefer emails because calls from AI with no real conversation between us is really annoying.

promo calls are already borderline annoying & when it’s AI it’s even worse, it feels impersonal & instantly comes off as spam especially when it’s from a random number. I'm hesitate to answer but sometimes you really have to because it could be a legitimate work/client call. If casinos plan to do promo calls there should be a clear opt in option, let users choose how they want to be contacted SMS, app notifs/email instead of unexpected calls especially from a robot, a human agent is still more acceptable to me since you can actually talk properly & clearly decline.

Yeah, and they are for most of the time was annoying but it's probably their business motto lol. I don't think that will be appropriate for the users considering we don't owe them in the first place compare to lending apps, it's probably fine if it was just emails but even that are kinda annoying too if it's a daily mail. Probably NOT okay.

I only call close people on the phone. Family and friends. 🙋

That's why I try not to answer calls from unknown numbers. This is because such calls are becoming more and more frequent and are usually from scammers. Their goal is usually to steal my money through verbal manipulation (social engineering). In our country, there is only one government-issued app that allows people to take out loans and conduct real estate transactions. Of course, scammers are very interested in gaining access to this government-issued app. They can also record the victim's voice to use this biometric data for further fraudulent activities.

Also, I really don't like communicating with artificial intelligence. Frankly, it really irritates me... Very often, such calls come from mobile operators. In such situations, I always hang up and refuse to continue the conversation.

Therefore, I wouldn't want to receive such calls from online casinos. If I need information about bonuses, I will find it myself.  I try to follow the rules of information hygiene. 💁

The loan apps that we owe are disturbing us and we get annoyed about it
What do you then think of a company or app that we don't owe anything, but still yet they call us just for promos or any other unnecessary thing. It will be another level of disgust.

Casinos will not make use of the contacts in sending us messages or information about their promotional offers, what they mostly use is the email address we used for registration and this is also possible when we accept to receives news and offers from their promotional service, they may be sending us, but when we fail to allow for that, i don't think there could be any reason for them to have one.

Yes casino will never call through ai. It is just a guess and has been said considering the future. As nowadays many loans are given through apps and calls are made by AI to remind the lender. So that they can repay the loan on time. In this case, I think it is somewhat correct and may be annoying in many cases. Because many people are conscious about paying off their debts. However, casinos are different because they already have users' emails. Even if there is a number, they can send a message there if they want. and do so at the present time.

It is understandable if a loan app botheres you with reminder calls about your due dates to repay your loan afterall you're owing them money and they want to avoid schenerios where you will claim to forget the date. But for a casino to call you for promotions is very unnecessary and annoying if I may say so, you can see the promotions when you log in. Gamblers should only visit gambling sites when they are ready to gamble because they will likely loose their money so whether promotions or not a casino should wait for you to enter their site before presenting any goodies to you.

Why would you feel disturbed when loan companies call to remind you of your financial obligations? They are simply reminding you so that you don't forget and fail to make your commitment. You should be pleased to get that reminder, which will prompt you to plan to pay off your debt.

That would be very weird see how casino starts calling their user for promo offers.
I think the mailing options would be nice than start calling me so, I could remembered then taking loan from a loan app, there were consistently calling Even it wasn't near to the expiration date, they keep informing me that would expire so so date which I was not that comfortable with the calls anymore. I wouldn't encourage casinos to start bugging people for calls and the rest the mailing is the best way to reach out to their users.

It would just be too much coming from a casino when their AI bot calls to remind of a special offer or bonus or something of sort.
Many gamblers today gamble because of the privacy and partial anonymity that online casino platforms offer. If I don't log into my gambling app you may not know I gamble when I sit with you or respond to a message from social handles that isn't a casino notification.

I love the idea of not using main numbers, even when it comes to emails and bank accounts. I instead set my device to reject spam callers and calls that may be from AI and other services that now use AI calls to call customers for something specific or casual.

I'd be okay with it. Since i can just activate the feature to silent any call from unknown caller. So it should be enough to prevent casino AI to distract us with their annoying promos when we think it's needed. However, if we're open to the casino promo, then just deactivate it. I often used such feature to block any promotion from marketing of various vendors came to my phone.
That's why i don't think that's too much.

Personally, I would never share my personal phone number with a casino. I usually ignore KYC casinos. Even if I play, I do not complete KYC on those casinos. Sharing the phone number is excessive as it is. I would use virtual phone numbers instead if I had a good amount of money at a casino. The casino would never be able to call me because of that. However, since you asked, yes, I do think it will be too much. I would block their number and tell them I am not interested in their promotion. Most of the casino bonsues comes with wagering requirements which I do not like at all. So, I would ignore them anyhow.

The idea that loan apps are using AI to remind their loan evaders isn't bad, people should keep their promises when they take loans, but casinos? They are not loan sharks so I don't expect them to call.

Promos and bonuses aren't enough excuse as to why they need to call their customers, it doesn't make any sense, because they have all their customers email address, that's a perfect place for such alerts.

My SIM service provider always sends me annoying messages, all I did was block every messages from them, it's easy to do under message settings, you can restrict them.
