Since casinos also ask for your phone number during verification, what if they start doing the same thing, calling you about promos or bonuses?

Would you be okay with that, or is that already too much?
Most casinos operates off the website and not through app, and so most of their notifications about bonuses usually got sent to mail.

Except those like stake or another casino based app that can easily integrate AI been calling customers, but I doubt because it will chase away many players away.

A simple notification to the phone number assigned will be more suitable and better, the same way notif is sent to mail, the same to phone number not calls.

For me, this AI calls from casinos will rather turn out to be a disturbance instead of it being a help to people because once they start calling offen it will now be like they are putting pressure on people and not about there service again. Even if they want to advertise promos,it should just be done through apps or messages and not on calls, they should respect people's space this will build more on trust rather than been disturbed by calls

I always opt out of such marketing stuff because I have seen how ugly it turns out and if it's emails, Gmail for instance ends up marking some of these received mail as spam because they are too aggressive and mailbox gets flooded with this marketing content which I find a disliking in.. but the good part is we can always unsubscribe and am sure even with AI it has to play by the rules too.

I hate phone calls, so it's definitely too much for me. Tongue It's just a personal preference though, I understand if other people don't mind it. I'm okay with receiving emails from the casino instead, as long as it's not too frequent, and only for important announcements. Stuff like these are usually just optional services anyway, and you can always unsubscribe anytime you want.

It would be okey if I gave them explicit authorization to call me and offer me those bonuses and promos through phone calls. Though, I don't have any doubt there will be some small and shady casinos which could abuse that information in order to send messages and automatically call gamblers, prompting them to gamble on their website.

The important thing to keep in mind is where we all choose to send our KYC information. Big and reliable casinos won't have the need to do something like that.

It's too much to expect from a casino.

Users are in debt to loan apps, casino is were people go to spend money, or if lucky make profits for a few times less than the casino. For a fact the house is always profiting more, makes it terribly wrong if they call to promote bonuses that has wagering requirement that most times cannot be met, i won't register in such casino.

Maybe that's a bit excessive. I mean, promotions or bonuses offered only via email are enough for me, and of course, if it's done through automated calls, it will bother me and I might feel uncomfortable with it, even if it's about the latest promotions or bonuses from subscribers. And I think many people might not tolerate that, and if that happens, the casino could lose customers because they feel uncomfortable with it.

Casinos that already have a good reputation and many customers should be able to market their casino effectively, so they need to consider whether the updates they plan to make will make players uncomfortable or comfortable. It's not possible to do that without proper consideration.

Reminding you about the loan amount is not a nuisance, but if you use your phone number or email address after registering on various casino sites, then sometimes you get many unwanted notifications from there, which becomes a cause of annoyance. And sometimes I see that notifications or messages are sent to me from casinos where I have never registered, in which case I am skeptical whether my personal information has been stolen. AI has been a blessing to mankind, but it has also shown itself to be destructive many times.

I never received any of those calls since i knew most loan app callers/numbers are automatically tagged as spam and blocked by google messages which im currently. I only realized it after checking the call logs.

As for the casino, that's even worse. I wouldn't register or use a casino that practices things like that. Even video verification—which is already becoming common after id verification, is something I wouldn't agree to.

We've got emails already and that's enough for them to send their promos and other stuff.
But that's very possible that they might do some marketing through their calls and that's happening in some industries.
It's a direct approach to their leads so that they will know what's current with them and what are the offers that the customers might be interested to take.

I think any calls like these are annoying to consumers, even if they're loyal to the service that's calling them. And it seems to me that this is a well-known state of affairs, so it is unlikely that a reasonable company that cares about its reputation would engage in such a thing. Plus, I generally feel like phone calls are something from the 20th century, we have messangers now. When people call me about things like that (services I use, like my cell phone or internet provider), I always tell them I'm speech-deaf, so they need to send a text message  Grin

I do not use numbers on any casino site; if any site asks, I try to avoid it. I already face a lot of spam calls on my mobile because when I shop at local online shops and e-commerce platforms, they keep calling me with promotional offers, which is really annoying. So when I get spam calls, I block them immediately. Since we open an account via email on the casino site, they send all their bonuses and announcements by email, but having to call the number is definitely too much. AI calls waste our time during important work, so I think casino sites can reach us via email. That is enough.

It's too much. Getting their promotion news through our email or soc med is already enough. Spamming us by calling or texting about their promotion is making us feels so disgusting to them. I know they want our donation, but that's not how to treat his members by disturbing them everyday with useless calls or texting.

I also understand if it's legal, but it's making their members lacking of privacy. When they do it too often, no doubt members may be thinking to do self-exclusion from their platforms.

It is true that phone calls are really annoying, I do not agree with phone calls, if the casino authorities can reach out to gamblers about gambling promos or bonuses through some other means other than phone calls, it can be good for everyone. This is not such an important matter that a person will be bothered by phone calls again and again. If this process is introduced in the future, it can be very annoying, I think phone calls are a bit too much.

It's not acceptable because it's too much, if any company are going to add such feature to their casino, they should make it optional so that the gamblers can chose to activate it or turn it off. If they keep it automatically as a default setting, it will really anger me to see calls for common bonus. Why I said they should put it optional is because some people might like it. From that thread that asked about the new feature that casinos should add this year, I think this your idea should go as a suggestion to that thread @OP.

Lol, any day i get a call from any casino on not so important issue but to for them to simply remind me to come gamble or to advertise some promotions or bonuses to me, I will log into the casino immediately I drop the call and delete my account permanently, and this is because nothing annoys me like getting unsolicited calls for not very important issue.

About loan apps, here in my country, I registered on a loan app just out of curiosity and after the registration and scrolling around the app, I deleted the app because I have no interest in taking loan there and I don't want to ever be tempted to do so, since that day, they started calling me 2, 3 times every day, at a point, I had to download the app again, login and delete my account, but they still won't stop calling me.
Now what I simply do when they call is decline the call and block that same number from calling me again.

I think the phone number is optional for verification. I saw it somewhere, and there is an email option too. But if you give your phone number and they are bothering you, just go to your mobile settings and block that number from where the calls come. This way, you can be safe from those bothersome calls. They were informing us, but they didn't know how annoying it is. Is there any legal action that someone who is annoyed can take against it?

Not okey, it was too much especially on phone number since there was no unsubscribe thing like what you can do on emails, I mean if you can turn that off probably on the website then it might be a acceptable thing, probably as long as you have control over it, it's fine you just need to have the turn on and off buttong if want to have that messages or not, not just receiving it because it is annoying getting spam.

AI calls might work at some point but there are just some where AI calls cannot answers same as AI or automated chats, on normal questions it is going to be fine, but there should be an options where you could select a actual live operator if you really wanted to, because there were just some questions or issues that only a real support is going to understand or can solve some kind of error, probably just frequently ask quesiton is going to be answered by AI is gonna be great since it's fast.

Still, as long as it has your consent on the calls, messages etc., it is going to be fine, but if you dont want that, there should always be an option on the website.

Loan apps now use AI calls to remind you about dues, and honestly it’s annoying.

Since casinos also ask for your phone number during verification, what if they start doing the same thing, calling you about promos or bonuses?

You definitely can't compare loan apps who are pressuring people who took loan from them to repay their loans to a crypto casino  whose primary aim is to create awareness and have people gamble on their platforms. Because to be frankly speaking, those are two different industries, and their modes of operation truly differs from one another. Because the last call I will want to receive is a call from a crypto casino reminding me that a bonus offer is currently ongoing, when that same message can still also be sent via email and gamblers will still have the message delivered. So to me, this will be a wrong A.I initiative been adopted by crypto casinos. Moreover, what majority of people uses in casino account registration is Gmail address and not phone number, so how will this be possible in the first place for casinos that uses only Gmail for account opening.

It's disliked and annoying as hell that casinos do this with AI calls then it's very annoying, whereas for receiving SMS it's still not a problem for me.
