Would you be okay with that, or is that already too much?
I would prefer to keep receiving notifications from Gmail rather than having to make a phone call because it's obviously going to be a bit of a nuisance and we all have our own busy lives so I think it's going to get more negative feedback than positive.

We are always coming up with new things including innovations in gambling but I think calling gamblers just for a promo is too much for me so something like this is not really needed.
We can still see the notifications on social media (for site accounts if we follow) or in emails as some sites always do nowadays without the need to interfere excessively for gambling activities especially to the point of having to call it is not really needed.

From my thought casino will continue the usual pattern like email text not calls, no point calling customers to remind them about bonus or an interesting offer meanwhile calls from loan apps can be acceptable reason why, they feel the most easy access to get through an individual is by phone call. If casino will implement this rule then people might consider seeking for other casino service without calls, concerning the loan app like if a person is indebted it’s better pay off and release yourself from the stress. I observed same act from bank agents mostly the bank directly, they always insist you take loan without a high interest rate or no collateral required, a good offer loan which I find very annoying and disturbing, I don’t prefer calls.

Would you be okay with that, or is that already too much?
Even receiving text messages or emails is quite annoying already. How much more if they are calling you? Imagine if you are joining 10 casinos and all of them will make a call?

Well, I haven't received yet. But I hope casinos don't do this because we don't have an obligation to gamble. I understand it is part of the marketing strategies, but it was not appropriate in the first place. They are not giving information but rather frustration. And might give a reason for a gambler to ignore the casino.

Obviously too much, for someone like me that hates calls too much I can't even give my number to casino if I know for sure they will be calling like that or if it's stated anywhere that they call for promos then I will have to unsubscribe for that because it will be so irritating to me, why call me ? isn't that going to increase the rate of gambling and addiction and also make people loss more because once promos are mentions some people will be triggered to attempt.

Honestly Gmail is just going to be better. Just imagine you are at your work place and you receive a call from casino about a bonus or whatever they are planning to tell you. That alone is just going to distract you from what you are doing, and it’s going to even make some people gamble more. It’s better they send me Gmail whenever am free am going to check it and if am interested in the offer then am going to follow the instructions which they give.

The casino I use does not require phone verification, except for emails. It is totally wrong if any casino starts using AI calls. I wont hesistate to close my account with such a casino.

The casino I use does not require phone verification, except for emails. It is totally wrong if any casino starts using AI calls. I wont hesistate to close my account with such a casino.

At least before they even try to use that strategy, if they’re watching this forum, they already have a basis for their actions based on how the community reacted to the idea.

It really does feel like an invasion of privacy, lol. Phone calls should be for people you actually know or want to hear from, and gambling isn’t like financial planning or investing anyway. So if a casino calls you, it’s pretty clear what they want, they’re just trying to get you to spend money on them.

This is not something that people are used to, I guess it will really look terrible to see that a casino's  AI is calling your number, it's even funny  Cool,  how desperate is the casino to want to call their customers on the phone so the customer can join any bonus they just launched? It's super weird to me. I thought casino have a better ways of advertising their bonuses on their casino? That's even better than to call the customer directly on phone.
It sounds funny but it is possible. In the digital age, expect the unexpected to happen.
Now AI can do a lot. When I see things AI can do, I get scared because it literally does a lot with just a simple prompt.
Are you are, an AI call can sound too real like a human talking to you. It can speak it in your local language, so perfectly, you wouldn't know it was an AI. You do need to see what AI is doing on X, and other social media.

Here where I live the cellphone keeps ringing all day long due to those calls made on automatic mode by AI. It's annoying and unstoppable, because it doesn't matter how hard you try blocking the numbers, they have hundreds of thousands of them to continue harassing people uninterruptedly.

Of course I would think the same if it was a call from casinos. These calls are useless and just make us lose our time, while getting enraged about the services which hire and adopt such marketing methods. I don't see AI calls in a positive way and I tend to avoid services which use this method. If more people acted like that as well, we wouldn't have such calls...

I've never experienced it, and it's very annoying if it happens to me, casinos that make calls via AI are normal if they don't make calls often, the normal limit I mean is once a week is enough but if it's more than that it's really excessive

Honestly, that would be very annoying, and I don’t think casinos would do that either because they know it would only annoy players instead pf attracting them. Imagine you’re in the middle of your sleep, a meeting, or something important, and you suddenly receive a call like that, you’d be annoyed for sure. That kind of approach is useless since most people would just end the call right away. Also, casinos already send promotions through email, which you can subscribe or unsubscribe. There’s also Telegram, where they post promotions as well. If a casino does this, it’s either because they’re greedy or just very aggressive with their advertising.

I mean... Phones are just a tool for communication, it depends on the use we give it in order to improve our life or getting worse by subscribing to loans or casinos. Phones were originally designed to keep people together and in touch and that continues to be their main use. Users are the only responsible for getting into debt and allowing banks (through their terms of service) to do whatever they want with phones numbers. It is similar to casinos.

I would not continue to use a casino which bothered me with unsolicited calls which ultimate objective would be to keep me gambling, even when I don't plan to do so.

If they don't sending promos too many times, that will be no problem for me. I will feels annoy and disturb receiving their messages and tempting me to participate in the promos. The reputable casinos will send promos occasionally and not too often. They don't want their customers feeling disturb with promos they send. That's quite funny, I have received some calls from my loan app requesting that I should pay my loan, and this happens more frequently than I expected. And this is becoming already annoying, and I think if this is applicable to casino, it will be even more annoying that we even expect. I think a time will come when this may be implemented but that will only be done when casinos start given out loans to people just as a thread was created some weeks ago, only will they implement this. But if it's for bonuses they will not call you rather they will send you some message in you notification box.

This is too much in my opinion, and I might choose to close my account at that casino if they start acting this way.
I remember one of the local exchanges I had an account with also calling me because my old account was inactive, offering promotions, but I immediately closed it because I didn't want to be bothered by things like that.

If that's the case we should be informed before they implement such, I believe some people will want this feature but it's a no for me, instead of just activating this feature it is better if they can come up with a way to activate it by users, just like how we used to click the newsletters ticker box for activation.

If you want incoming calls you should activate it by yourself, or else this will look like illegal in the eye of many, because they forc d it down the throats of users on their websites, I don't sign up for this and I will never sign up for this, it's going to help annoying, I have to put incoming calls on ignore mode in my telegram because of similar annoyance habit.

Basically that was the basic information most likely their require beside from the emails so if ever could be a promotions such as a SMS blast will happen will for others wanted to catch every single thing related into the advertisement would like that but most of us just wanted to play and enjoy the game. Another thing is they are using these to use for backup recovery of the account so they can send you an OTP for your account recovery now it depends on the player if they will choose sms or email but for me ideal to use email because you can create a dump email just for spam activity for casino.

They’re probably not going to offer this because most gamblers wouldn’t like it anyway. What I really think is that those calls are coming from agents, not some official feature.

There was likely no clear permission from the account owner to receive calls, or maybe there was but it’s buried somewhere in the long TOS that almost nobody actually reads. So some people might have unknowingly agreed to it. Either way, it’s clearly not effective. If it were, we’d be seeing more casinos use it, and the fact that we don’t just shows it’s not a good marketing strategy.

About the loan apps if they are notifying  as about the due amount of the last date of repayment, whatever they used for AI or the live agent I will say this is not a bad  idea because in some cases if we forgot about the loan payment then we will have to face the legal action as well also we have to pay the extra fees for that. So in this case no issue with the loan apps use AI call.
But I have disagree with that if  casinos are ask for the number so that they will can us about informing their promotions and bonuses. Even we are seeing that in some cases the local casinos are doing for their marketing
The problem is that if it's just a notification and that's it, if it's continuous, a sort of pressure to notify you every day, every two times a day, the fact that there is a loan becomes very annoying. In that case I don't know how to do it, but just turn off notifications, I assume.
