The problem is that if it's just a notification and that's it, if it's continuous, a sort of pressure to notify you every day, every two times a day, the fact that there is a loan becomes very annoying. In that case I don't know how to do it, but just turn off notifications, I assume.
If the thing is that loan providers call you every day to notify you of the last date for loan repayment, then it will definitely be annoying. But I don't think most companies do this, or maybe when the last date comes, they call or message you regularly three or four days before the last date to notify you, and I will take it as normal.
And in the case of gambling sites, I would say that voice calling, whether it is daily or once or twice a month, is annoying to me because we already get restless when we see the promotions of gambling sites on social media and if they call, it becomes even more annoying. But I don't know which country you are in or if there is such a service in your country that your network and SIM providers have a separate feature to disable promotional messages or calls. You should look into this later, if there is such a feature, then you can use that feature to turn off such notifications.

Just a random thought.
Loan apps now use AI calls to remind you about dues, and honestly it’s annoying.

Since casinos also ask for your phone number during verification, what if they start doing the same thing, calling you about promos or bonuses?

Would you be okay with that, or is that already too much?

This is too much in my opinion, and I might choose to close my account at that casino if they start acting this way.
I remember one of the local exchanges I had an account with also calling me because my old account was inactive, offering promotions, but I immediately closed it because I didn't want to be bothered by things like that.

AI is a technological advancement, but in some cases, it's already very disruptive, like bots using AI, or as you mentioned,
It seems that more people would feel uncomfortable if this happened, and the only option would be to close their casino account. If there is a feature or way to disable this, I will disable it, but if there isn't, then I might close my account, or perhaps ignore the call. The message sent via email is sufficient, and if the message is reasonable, but if it comes in the form of a call, it is unreasonable, even though the casino itself considers it reasonable. With AI, this is something that can be utilized, including by replying to automatic messages or calls, but it is a step that the casino needs to consider.

I'm only okay with getting email and text when it comes to gambling bonuses and offers. I can't take it if I rush down to my phone only to answer the call and discover it all has to do with a gambling bonus from a particular casino. I might just regret ever giving them my number. It will really affect many people, as that might increase their gambling activities. It's easy to skip mail until the bonus expires, but when it comes to calls, they just want you to get it done.

I would prefer to keep receiving notifications from Gmail rather than having to make a phone call because it's obviously going to be a bit of a nuisance and we all have our own busy lives so I think it's going to get more negative feedback than positive.
Honestly Gmail is just going to be better. Just imagine you are at your work place and you receive a call from casino about a bonus or whatever they are planning to tell you. That alone is just going to distract you from what you are doing, and it’s going to even make some people gamble more. It’s better they send me Gmail whenever am free am going to check it and if am interested in the offer then am going to follow the instructions which they give.
That is a consideration because even though gambling is still one of the things that cannot be separated from myself but still I will not consider this as an important part that I have to do every day and always update about information or offers because for me this can only be done in some free time that I am not distracted or not busy with life on a daily basis.

Calling regardless of how good the offer is I would consider it an invasion of privacy especially if the offer is not that important.
So I prefer the current system of giving offers as usual on social media or even in emails so that I can still be updated but not interfere with my daily life because there are more things to do than just focusing on gambling.

Perhaps if such a thing ever happen to a player that is using a casino and suddenly get a call from the casino about their bonus and service, this alone could make the gambler to switch to another casino so that they don't get more calls that will invade their privacy.
Casino workers knows this and they will never want to stress their players but they could do this through the email which can be added as spam by the receiver. Casinos know the law and will not want to do something that will make them beg sued.

That is already too much, I will be glad if I am being texed in my gambling notification box where I can get any latest information I get and not for them to spam me.i hate spamming and doing that will reduce my interest in such casino because I chose to be with them and not for them to disturb my peace of mind. This has happened to me in my loan app where I took loan, and they keep calling me for the little amount I owe them, and sincerely speaking I felt so embarrassed and I did the needful by paying them off and I stop using their service. If this casino start following that part to disturb many people, I Bet people like me will leave such casino because that will be more provocative when I am not wining and they are still trying to push me to gamble More on their new offer.

Personally, I wouldn't be annoyed if information came via text message, whether it was from a social media bot, email, or something else. I would only be annoyed if a phone call came directly to me, because to me, it felt like the information was being given out forcefully, meaning I had to accept it if I wanted to know about promotions or bonuses, right? So, I think information coming from casinos should remain as it is currently, without any phone calls. By the way, I wouldn't mind, or be annoyed if a casino used AI as an agent/live chat for customer service, because I think it would be more useful than an AI bot that only provides some problem information (we manually select the problem solving). Basically, I like AI that has been deeply trained before being used by a company.

Don't be too sure that the casinos can't do it, and when it comes to legal issues, as long as you agree with their terms, which, if that call will happen, is already going to be included in their policy, so no violation, the player gave them the right by agreeing. On the other hand, some players might dislike the action, but not all will take it as hard as that; some people will even see it as something good to be informed via call. Those who don't like it will either inform the casino or leave, like you said.

I know some casinos have an outcall call center that tried to get people to deposit.
Of course most that deposit end up losing so that's their incentive.

But most people who sign up are entirely unaware they ticked the box to receive calls. There might be a slightly better offer over the phone but it's still a scummy practiced.

I would steer clear from casinos that do this. And even if they use AI? I'm asking them to delete my account and excluding from there if it happens.

Would you be okay with that, or is that already too much?

No matter how fascinating AI might be or those bots, I certainly don’t intend speaking with one over the phone, nope.

When I’m making a cell phone call with some other party at the other end, I certainly want that party to be a human, capable of reasoning and understanding feelings. Having an AI call me for whatever purpose would be considered too much and can cause such a nuisance. It’s better they stick to the emails which is already too much but, that could be contended. You can quite it down on the notifications and for the AI calls, blocking it as spam calls can go too.
