RAZED.com DECLINING my withdrawal and making KYC IMPOSSIBLE (9k) (SOLVED)

I created a razed account (username csmando) , deposited 6k usdc and made 3 NBA bets. 2 won 1 lost, made 3k profit so now I have 9k usdc. Those were my ONLY bets.


The following day I wanted to bet other NBA bets and my maxbet as like 2 usdc. I decided to withdraw my money but I needed to do a CRAZY Kyc

ID and proof of address which is normal for a bookie to do but the proof of wealth is something that I have never seen in my life.


I sent them my binance statement with funds in it - REJECTED

I sent them an big investment - REJECTED

Their words:

I sent them bank statement highlighting my income/salary for the past 2 months. (clearly more on it than the 6k I deposited) - REJECTED!!

You can see that I ran out of idea on what to do!

I have another investment that I have and I sent them that as well and I am waiting to see what they say but this just feels like an obvious scam doens't it??

Try converting your proof of fund document into a PDF, I remember someone who complained here in the forum about their proof of funds getting rejected, and then someone suggested that he convert the files into PDF, after that I remember him saying that his proof of funds was accepted and was able to get his funds out of the casino. I could be wrong, but that is how I remember it.

You can try to send their Rep Walt a message and see if he responds. He is the founder but hasn't been online for a month. Hhampuz may also be able to ping the guy, not sure if they still communicate.

Support told me every time that they would process my withdrawal as soon as KYC is done, 10 hours ago they finally accepted my 15th document sent!!!!


NOW they are delaying my withdrawal and giving me the same answer all over again. (no ETA , it will be done ASAP)


I just ask myself, what is their goal? Why do they want to use all this tricks to annoy clients?

Are you sure that the documents you're presenting are having the same correspondence to your personal information, what I mean is if they tally with your identity and as that of the statement of account being presented, are you sure that the Binance statement of account you presented has made a deposit to the casino before, because I don't see why some of the provisions you made should be rejected except they do not comply with the normal standard of what has been requested of you.

It seems the first time I have heard about a gambling platform, they have been asking for proof of income source. How would that be part of KYC verification? It should consider source of funds verification, and if the gambling platform starts asking for that, then they have to include that in their terms. Otherwise more users will face this issue. Have you raised concern there regarding your issues? Team Razed seems inactive from December; I'm not sure you will get a reply. Also try PMing them so they will receive an email notification. And submit your source of income allowance together; hope it will be solved.

They has asked me for KYC as well after i had a good streak on basketball/nba bets, rest assured if your documents have been accepted you will definitely get the withdraw, might take one or two days , its annoying af but u will be paid

Glad they accepted your documents. Right now, they are probably verifying it, and from what I've seen, it's not uncommon for casinos to take several days to verify documents. Like what rohang mentioned, it might take one or two days(but could be longer). Hopefully, you get your issue resolved.

If it was about the document type, then they would have given the reason they rejected it in the first place, but they did not.

I guess time will tell. Let's give it a few more days but to be honest, it's frustrating when you want your withdrawal As soon as possible, and they keep going in circles about it.

They accepted the document as a supplementary one, according to OP. It means it sort of checked out.

Had exactly the same problem , plus they did banned my account Without reason. After a lot of pressure (and when they obviously understand there is no reason to ban my account) they unbanned me and now i have same problem with source of wealth. JUST AVOID THIS CASINO .
