You can't know for sure. But I believe altcoins will fall further. I think there are thousands of useless altcoins in the market, and the market is cleaning them out with these kinds of drops. Staying away from altcoins is a good option I've regretted not doing it sooner. Regularly investing in Bitcoin and the top 10 altcoins is much safer, and you don't have to worry about that.

The market is still unpredictable, so no one can truly say what will happen in the future. Just because someone knows how to read a chart doesn't mean that is exactly what will manifest; every individual reading a chart according to their own analysis is merely basing it on their personal opinion or speculation.

And I know that you know that too are you 100% sure that your own chart reading will actually happen? You’d probably say no, because what usually happens most of the time
is that the market goes against the majority of people giving their speculations, right?

Outside top 10 and even top 100, there's no guarantee with them because the market has been so shaky. And those who have their bags in those altcoins, they really have to make sure that they're prepared for what's coming because you'll not know how it will be for the next days to come. The entire world's market isn't doing well so, even sometimes there are moments that the crypto market is not proportional to the world market. At times, we see that it's also reactive the way the other markets move.

You are fudding the market and that's very bad. It's not like I see anything in altcoins, I don't but in this same market, there are  some Altcoins that are doing well and better even though the majority are doing well. Some Altcoins were launch early last year and some late 2024 and they have never for once dump below their listing price. I see hype as one of the best coin I will love to hold if I have enough money to buy them, not all this that didn't make any sense.

The only thing I understand about this market now is that the market is maturing and people has started to understand that they don't have to invest in Altcoins to make momey. Many people participated in airdrop and make some figures they will never make if they make investment with their money, that's good thing when airdrops were normal one, not all those shit but projects.

I don't know but I've always been kinda skeptical about altcoins, I barely buy them or even hold them, currently I'm holding just one, but not something that i can't gamble on, so even if i lose it, i think I'll just be fine. although this isn't the best time we are seeing this kinda dip, in fact we've seen much worst and this won't be the last either.

Charts always look “end of the world” right before they don’t.
Yeah alts can get nuked hard in bear phases, that’s normal crypto cycle stuff. But full extinction? Nah, happens every cycle and some still bounce back.

Risk is real tho, overexposed to weak alts = pain. Just manage bags and don’t panic

What a prediction, seeing the red sea of negative percentages in different diagrams. It's just the downfall of all prices. It seems like a lot is riding on BTC, and since it plummeted, the altcoin market has been hit even worse.

It's just a matter of time. Given the global news and market conditions, I think it was bound to happen. There are a couple of things that I think have mattered.

• No ETF flow to other altcoins
• No institutional money
• Interest rates between investments

I'm just curious how many altcoins will die in this bear market. I believe this is the best time to buy, but when is the best time?

Are you considering a selected few altcoins or all altcoins in general? I do not really believe this will be the annihilation of altcoins as altcoins have turned out to be a backbone of cryptos now. There are a few altcoins which really have great potential and are competing with bitcoins.

Yes, there might be triple top, but this does not mean that the coins are just going to be wrecked. They might dip down for a while but eventually they will start rising again. This is how the markets work. You can't just expect the markets to go in one single direction. Short comings are always expected, and this is not a surprise for me.

This means people would have to be prepared for the crazy market dip that is coming looking atbteb current situation of the market. For those that had been awaiting the altcoins season, they should forget about it because their had been so many people that had been taking about the end of the era of the seasonal bear and bull market.

If you are running after low price alts that are recently launched then you are deemed to lose your money. Moreover alts are dependent on Bitcoin for there price and since Bitcoin has significantly gone down, so its natural for top alts to go down as well while rest of alts might die. It's also good opportunity to buy Ethereum for long term since its price is around 2000$ and less risk is involved in buying Ethereum at that price.

Even if most altcoins are going to die, there will still be some of them more that are going to stand the test of time and feel undefeated in the market. Looking out for those coins can really make you not to feel the wreck of altcoins when they happen. I know that the market will dip more, but the way you’re sounding like the market will crumble and never rise again makes me feel a bit worrisome. This should just be another hype filled with just hypes. As much as the bear season will come, I don’t think as much altcoins as you’re making them to sound will really die.

SOL is the best pic, imo, for the upcoming storms and "green" times too.. LTC is a good pic as well

not the first time i have heard this just like a lot of people i guess. people saying crypto is going to crash and there will be nothing left. this is just speculation and if you have the money to leave in and take the risk why not dont want to have regret like so many people pulling out right now can they dont understand the term long term investment, listen it an individual choice what people do but me i will leave in if it goes it goes we learn from experience maybe some times the hard way. every investment is risk there is never guarantees
