Okay, so file a formal complaint to the court, or whatever your lawyers suggest you to do [given, if correct, there is no address to be subpoena-ed]. We can't do much and I personally won't interfere any centimeter further if a more direct and drastic measure of legal suites is already involved.
And stop burst posting, it's against forum rules. Lest you get banned.
Are you threatening me that you won't do anything? This is very funny. What can you even do besides useless spam? No, I simply stating. I don't see any need to escalate this to my contact if at any moment between me bringing this to their attention, we're talking about the details, and the long back-to-back volley game we do, the case get snatched away from our hand because it is now [later] fall under their legal department. Happened on several times, and I decided it's a waste of my time. Simple statement, now made long. On which part of my post can be interpreted as a threat? And I do not spam, you are. On others threads. Given they're removed, I guess the mods take my reports and agree that those are indeed spam posts.

So, the problem is that a player who plays at 100 euros per spin won and withdrew more than he deposited. And this is a real problem for you. It's clear that a player who plays in a casino won't always lose. Proving that I played at 100 euros and violated any rules is difficult. So, you can simply write that I have multiple accounts. This is complete nonsense.
Why would someone who plays 100-euro slots need additional accounts? Clearly, these are fabricated, bogus reasons.
Because you might availing the Casino bonus system on your multiple account or else I don’t see the point of creating multiple account with your high roller game. I recommend to file a case on arbitrator such as Askgamblers or Casinoguru since they can view and verify the evidence which 2up have right now. @2UP.io is this user claiming bonuses on multiple account? Can you clarify further the abuse done using multiple account? I made deposits over the last week, I don't know exactly how many. It's more than 30,000 USD. I didn't use any bonuses, I just did spins. And I already wrote that I didn't use bonuses. You're talking about some bonuses again. 2up.io doesn't award bonuses on deposits. I mean VIP rewards on and other benefits of this casino such as rakeback and so on. I’m asking for clarification too if there’s other abused than aside from multiple account because it’s really pointless to have multiple account without abusing anything. I hope 2UP representative will get back again here to give answer but your case of multiple account is already enough violation. But if you are confident that you don’t have multiple account you can seek help for arbitration which I suggested already above. I don't have any other accounts. Also, I haven't received any VIP cashback or anything like that. I did get some kind of bonus, but it was something like $5 per level, and that happened a couple of times. Do you think if I wagered 50,000 or more—the $5 or $20 or $50 they give for levels—could there be some kind of abuse? And why have multiple accounts then? That's nonsense. The multi-accounting system was invented for exactly that reason—it's a great way to get your money. Because, in reality, no one controls this casino. I can't go to the police and complain. I hope a lawyer comes with good news before this casino runs away to Costa Rica, where there's no regulation at all.

The fact that you're here to protect the casino and supposedly want to help, but still won't. It's all very funny. But as before, your messages are pointless. You can write nothing, nothing will change. I'm writing posts to prevent potential players from depositing at the scam casino 2up.io. It's unclear why you're writing this. I'm not going to tell you how you could help, but I'm not going to—no one's interested.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5569415.0same like here, after I contacted support to ask, they deleted my account. But I have few screenshots from it. Where we can see amount and very funny question from casino support. Where they ask what technique I used to win slots game: https://ibb.co/tpQCbRB5 What happened: Registred at this site last year June-July, played only one day. Got winnings. Withdrawed (previous expirience was not the best, withdraw was so slow, but they approved it. Also I wrote review that time on trustpilot site, everyone can view it). Then on January 24 they send me email that I have VIp status, and some Vip offers. That day I made few deposits, also got some winnings, and started to withdraw. Next days I again made deposits. I played whole days. In result I had balance about 41000 usd. Then I made again withdraw. After few hour I asked casino support, why withdraw approve are delayed. And receive such answer: Thank you for patiently waiting. Our team is requesting that you provide information on how you won the slots before we process your withdrawal. Do you have any techniques you use? After this one I understood that I will be scammed, only scam casino can ask such question. And after 4 days my account was DELETED. The reason is fraudulent activity. Absurd, I just played video slots with max bet (100 euro per spin). Scammers Profile Link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5562340.0Amount scammed is about 41000 usd Payment Method: trx Proof of Payment: https://ibb.co/WNzDTqrVhttps://ibb.co/WZgsJvkhttps://ibb.co/WNzDTqrVhttps://ibb.co/wZNG9TLghttps://ibb.co/nN8nvG43 Hello, We want to clarify this case in detail to avoid misinformation. After a full compliance and risk investigation, we confirmed that the individual involved created and operated multiple accounts on our platform. Multi-accounting is explicitly prohibited under our Terms of Service because it allows users to bypass risk controls, abuse promotions, and gain unfair advantage over other players. This was not a minor or technical violation. It was a deliberate attempt to operate multiple identities within the system. Despite this confirmed violation, our records show the following financial activity: • Total deposits: $56,985 USD • Total withdrawals: $91,295 USD This means the user already withdrew $34,310 USD more than deposited before enforcement action was taken. We want to be very clear: our platform did not confiscate funds unfairly or block a losing player. The user profited significantly before the violation was enforced. The restriction was applied only after clear, verifiable evidence of multi-account abuse was confirmed by our compliance team. All enforcement actions follow internal procedures designed to protect fair play and platform integrity. For security and privacy reasons, we cannot publish detection methods, account link evidence, or personal data publicly. Sharing this information would compromise anti-fraud systems and expose other users. If the individual believes there was an error, they are free to contact support for a formal internal review. However, based on the investigation, the decision stands. We enforce our rules consistently. Allowing multi-account abuse would damage the ecosystem and harm legitimate players. Our responsibility is to maintain a fair environment — even when enforcement decisions are unpopular. — Platform Compliance Team It doesn't matter how much you lost, what matters is how much you won. For the casino, of course, the fact that a player can lose their house playing slots is only the player's problem, that's what the casino means. Winning above the limit is just luck, and now the casino is afraid of you, so they blocked you, coming up with this scam to avoid paying out your winnings. It's obvious the casino is a scam. I assume you've filed complaints against other sites as well; I see they only have negative reviews.

Blocking someone who simply won at slots without using casino bonuses because they had multiple accounts is generally understandable. It's a pure scam from 2up.io.

File a complaint in their advertising thread, and let the administration look into it. I don't think they'll respond on the casinoguru website because they don't have software to find violators; everything is done manually. I've also seen withdrawals being handled manually, even though they claim withdrawals are instant.

His case is different, he is suiting up and escalating things to court rather than going to casinoguru [or let this forum try to deescalate]. There is a reason why third party mediator like CG and AG are called ADR, Alternative Dispute Resolution. Means it's for those who seek to resolve their dispute in a different way rather than taking it to court. Thus, I don't think CG or AG or other will bother to try his case as it'll mostly be his lawyer vs the casino's legal dept., where ADR has no room or power to move.

May be 2up.io will answer in complaint at casino guru, but at this moment, they do not. Also, if they are actually registered at an address in Curacao, they will have to pay out the winnings. If not, no casino guru or askgamblers will force casino to pay anything, especially not this forum.

When I first posted in the 2up.io thread that my winnings had been taken away and about their stupid question, everyone immediately started saying that couldn't be true. But when I showed a screenshot showing the casino actually asking how I managed to win so much, everyone immediately went silent. That's the level of this forum. 2up.io is not bigger scam in my life, but $41000 was my balance at this scam casino )

OP, may I ask what do you really expect here? As explained, you've made written statement here that you'll bring the matter to court, this is like pulling your nuclear weapon from your pocket, you're escalating to the highest authority possible [be it an empty threat or you really do], the casino representative that I think following this thread got that message loud and clear, so they [like I've warned you] will cease from any alternative dispute resolution as things will be handled by their legal department. And now you complained because they don't answer to CG? What do your lawyer say and when's the court date? Forget CG, AG, this forum, and other ADR. You've paved this path.

It seems you have chosen the wrong goal. Your goal should be to recover your winnings. $41,000 is a huge amount. Some people have recovered something work more than your own amount in this forum by following due process. Have you instituted a case against the casino or was it a threat. I don't think it's too late for you to get things right .

Well, I am not, I am here initially ready to jump in and act as a bridge if needed, but you're lawyering up. Based on past cases, I won't bother myself with people who already jump and escalate to the highest "resolution" possible through court instead of deescalating, because [like I've explained] it'll be just taken away from my contact's and my hand mid-discussion as lawyer served letter of summon and things automatically fall to the jurisdiction of the casino's legal department. I'm working with a lawyer. But the most important thing is that the only thing that can help me here is that they're registered in Curacao. The reality is that a Costa Rica license means nothing, and even lawyers there are useless.
Then maybe it was a smart way not to threaten and goes full throttle by saying you're going legal, simply for the purpose of [I dare myself to assume] threatening and scaring the casino, because once that statement being immortalized through writing, casinos tend to readied themselves with their legal department and ordered all of the other division to cease from any ADR approaches as they too have to suit up. We always try to deescalate things here, [most] people come to this forum to deescalate their problem and reach a solution, of which we [or at least I'll speak for myself and say "I"] are more than willing to jump in and help. So... yeah, not sleeping, just informing you that since you're going to court, it's better to sit still and wait for the judge's verdict and update us with that, instead of bumping the thread with [currently still] unfounded accusation.

But you can come up with something else to justify them. 2up.io is a scam, and you're their lackey.

And now the second person has filed a complaint against Casino Guru. And of course, this scam casino hasn't responded. It's understandable that they could respond, but nothing. They're just scammers. The website also states that they have a Curacao license. It's easy to verify that this isn't true either.
