I don't really like it when people whine about stuff like this. I know the casino should allow any player to exclude themselves from gamblinv in the platforms for sometime. However, if you want to sue a casino for this, then it is obvious you are missing the point and not focused on finding a solution to your addiction problem.
Even if the casino approved your self-exclusion, nothing stops you from depositing in another casino and still losing money there. I am not making excuses for the casino, but if you are concerned about finding a solution, you'd not go after the casino, but look within to solve your problem.
Exactly the point man, it sometimes baffles me when I read online about some gambler requesting a self exclusion from a casino they have been playing on for years, then proceed to depositing money and gambling, then after they have lost the money, they turn around and blame the casino for not approving their self exclusion request on time, its very pathetic to be honest with you..
I've always said that if that self exclusion feature was for people like myself, then it's absolutely useless because gamblers like myself won't ever need it, it's useless because someone like myself will simply stop gambling for as long as I want to stay off gambling and only return when I deem myself fit to return, the self exclusion feature is not necessary at all, gamblers should learn to deal with their addiction themselves than looking for ways to pass blame to the casino.
