betcoin.ag Closed my account after a win

I opened an account with betcoin.ag on Friday 30/1 and first deposited 300 dollars into Bitcoin, which I lost. Then I deposited an additional 350 dollars and played tennis and table tennis, and managed to win about 3000 dollars. I then requested a withdrawal of about 1000 dollars, and the chat told me that it could take up to 24 hours. When I tried to log in the next day, it said that the account was blocked, but no further information from the chat or via email. No one has responded to my emails for two days about why they blocked me.
I don't understand how a company like betcoin can block an account without informing its customers why?
Please help me, what should I do?

Please move the thread into the scam accusation board from the gambling since it's an allegation thread. I have reported it, and hopefully the moderator will move otherwise. Please go to the scam accusation board and add the correct format of the scam accusation. Please add some proofs like a screenshot of the deposit if you have it, a dashboard screenshot and chat history. So we can understand what's going on there. Saying it verbally won't help you in that case. So please do what I suggest.

You did the right thing by bringing it here. Betcoin.ag has never failed to address all allegations; they are quick to respond, and I'm sure your issue is no exception.

I checked Betcoin.ag status; last active Feb.1 and his last post.
