I can clearly see this is a two sided (dare I say one-sided) agenda against a few members and the unofficial forum rules.  There has been no response to my well formulated replies so far and I'm kind of glad to see this is not a discussion, but a one-sided argument.

I'm not quoting your or howards walls of AI generated responses, it's just to highlight the slander you have utilized.  Other users can go back and read your full responses if they care to.  

Also I'm glad you can speak for howard; phone buddies I'm suspecting based on the timing of these recent responses, you call each other to respond to forum posts as a team?  Not against the rules I guess, but that could be considered shilling since you do sell products for your company and I see howard has promoted your products quite a few times.  

The other crazy idea I have is you could be the same person.  Just because howard has a frontward public facing profile doesn't mean you couldn't have created it yourself, assigned an AI agent to monitor the communications whether it be email/phone, and have it respond accordingly.  I'd assume this AI agent would have no understanding of human boundaries, emotions, or reasoning to understand rules told to them via external means beyond their operator.

Not sure what you're getting at, I said "I can", not "I did".  The moderators are already busy taking care of your double posting and other actually important tasks, I don't believe they have time to investigate fruitless claims.

Please howard, keep the conversation on topic for all that read these replies, this is your thread.  I would still like to know how we can make the rules here better and no one better to tell the story than the OP.

To be fair to you digi, I’ll answer this regarding AI. It should be allowed, spam is not. There is a threshold when it comes to gaging things such as AI and spam related content. If AI is utilized that doesn’t make it automatically spam.

I believe AI generated spam responses is something the forum has been battling recently, there is a whole 94 page thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5456516.0) dedicated to it that gets updated quite often.  Not against AI as stated before, my opinion is I don't believe AI generated spam belongs on this forum and should be detected and removed.  The users have been doing a great job in the community detecting/reporting posts and investigating.  Not sure you know about this in your bubbles, but many companies are fighting the influx to try and keep it more human and avoid slop responses and even though the forum is not a company, they are doing everything they can as a community.

I am adding to the topic and found it relevant/personal to your and howards situations after reading your post history.  If you both really would not like to speak on or comment about the AI spam this forum is encountering, please say so definitively and start a new conversation continuing discussion on topic, or avoid posting without furthering this thread.

I’ve attempted to accommodate you. Your refusal is your decision. I believe I’ve somewhat addressed your question regarding AI usage. I’ve also clearly stated my stance on this matter multiple times to those who repeatedly raise the issue across various topics. You would know if you’ve actually read everything I’ve posted as you claimed. It seems your grievance is with AI and those that use it. I’m still willing to address it in another thread dedicated to that discussion. You made it personal by correlating AI with one’s intelligence. It’s a false pretext. We are not falling for it. That being said, it’s insulting for you to make the correlation and point it towards me and Howard. That’s the exact type of behavior that we have grievance with. Your intention is not pure of heart. If it was you may have taken me up on the offers I gave you serval times.

If the word "spam" or "slop" was inside the .... of your quote it would be a different story.  The "spam" or "slop" is what places are worried about and trying to mitigate.

If you wish to deny something you believe I insinuated—something seemingly implied by your own words—then simply deny it and state that it doesn’t reflect what I insinuated you implied. I recognize you made that move to illustrate a point, but any implication I perceived in your words could be swiftly clarified by a straightforward denial on your part. Twisting my statement to fabricate a lie about what I said or believe is a disingenuous tactic.

What do you perceive when you use the words spam or slop? Are those words usually used to convey positive attributes or negative ones? — What’s a positive thing you might be able to add to balance out the negatives?

Please don't claim something that someone else said/insinuated, when they didn't.  It then makes you the one that is saying it - not sure of a better way to put it.  You can interpret anything anyone says any way you like, but if they didn't say it that way, it's not recommended to use your interpretation as their insinuation or words.  

My quote does have the "...." showing you had things to say in-between and is linked to your actual comment so I don't think it's actually disingenuous, I'd use the term "focused" myself.  If I linked to the incorrect post and didn't include the "....", that would be disingenuous.

I'm going to stop replying to this thread and give any other members a chance to chime in on the topic.  I feel our discussion here has run its course and appreciate the discourse we've had.

Lastly, I would think addressing more rules that other users have issue with would be valuable to gain more visibility on the topic if desired.

I agree with your statement and believe that addressing additional rules that concern users would strengthen visibility on this issue. As I noted earlier, I am interested in why you have not suggested updating or enforcing any existing rules. Also, why do you oppose AI, since it is not currently addressed in the rules? I respect your perspective on AI and would expect the same in return. Historically, each phase of growth, like BTC's, has faced resistance. Progress depends on accepting change.

In rule 2 and  and rule 8, this two rules are something you can help the forum to achieve, if you report anyone who disobeyed rule 2, For management been the moderators, they will take an adequate cares of it...

In rule 8, is something between the both two users that's having a conflict...if theirs a threat in the forum, someone may likely pick up the matter and create a fresh thread of it...

But in normal circumstances, the person that the threat is been given, is in position to "Air-It-Out" by creating a threat thread against his opponents..this rule 8, so many user's is a victim of this rule unknowingly to them...

Rule 7, is crystal clear to people..Seeking for a donation for payment of sickness, is against the rule, Asking for personal donations or begging for merit any other kind of things, is against the rules...Many user's obey this rules more than any other rules..

People who are supposed to be a victim of rule 7, always use another means to ask for assistance indirectly...that's why it's difficult to caught them on act...
