Saving yourself from more losses is something that must be realized, for some people it may not apply or they don't realize that I didn't really care about it at first but now I am aware of it and try to do what I do with the limits set. Exactly forcing myself in the context of recovering is good, because indeed by forcing this later it will become a habit that is the nature of good behavior that sometimes must be forced first.

Trying to stop yourself from gambling more is one of the hardest things a person can do and I realize that it's not going to be easy for anyone at all. However, the reality is simple that you are not going to get the best results by just keep gambling and it will only end up with a loss for you.

There is a solution for gamblers if they apply it. However, most gamblers will not be able to put the solution into practice because it is easier said than difficult to done. In the initial stage, you will not be able to cut your losses and after a loss, you will be hard pressed to recover your money and will continue to gamble more. You will develop a fixed idea that winning can come by playing more and you will continue to be more aggressive. In such a situation, it would be right to stop gambling and declare war on emotions because the time after a loss is very difficult for a gambler to control his emotions.

To do things that lead to the positive side sometimes does feel right, it happens maybe because of the wrong mindset from the beginning or in the middle of gambling that is done.

Can be very hard learning the hard way as a lesson for what you could have just started doing it the right way because you could literally experience a lesson which you never can recover from, breaking you down mentally that if care isn't taken we become a victim forever.

The most strategic way of self-protection in being mentally stable in the face of the possible traumatic effects is by learning what other people did wrong. I do not believe that we should read about the ravage occurring first hand to know that the threats posing are very real, and dangerous to the future. We should employ prudence to follow the footsteps of other people who fail in order to create the same trap. I find that the psychological security is much safer than the negative experience that has to be compensated with our self-respect.

~ For those that have a large bankroll, they can chase their loses and end losing all the funds in their bankroll to the casino they are using. I have always been very curious to know why chasing loses was risky until I became a victim.

I thought you was going to say, those that have a large bankroll, they can chase their loses and succeed.  Because many gamblers think, if I only had larger bankroll, I would play a bit more and hit that win that would make all my previous losses recovered. But that's a mistake as you have rightly pointed out. Any bankroll can be lost if you can't stop and continue gambling hoping to finally hit it. It's not guaranteed that you will necessarily lose, but if small wins don't satisfy you and you continue betting waiting for a big win, the probability of you losing everything is very high.

Gambling is really unpredictable, and the chances of winning is less, which most gamblers believe that if they play multiple times it will favor themselves to get back what which they have lost without knowing that multiple  playing will make them to loss more , and even if you advice a gambler to stop gambling while chasing the already lost money in either for he/she retrieve or recovered back there lost money,they will never accept your opinion, reason's because the spirit of gambling has already entered them, and in this gambling most gamblers are very ungrateful even when they win some of them still use the money to gamble again forgotten that the gambling site will still make profit, gamblers allow greed to control themselves and what make it more painful  is that most gambler uses money they cannot afford to loss for gambling which is not supposed to be.

You can never learn from the mistakes of others. Because until you lose yourself, your emotions will not let you understand how wrong you were and whether you should do that thing again. You can learn from the mistakes of others, but you will not remember them for a long time, but when you make a mistake yourself, you will remember it for a long time. Therefore, learning from your own mistakes is more important and effective than learning from the mistakes of others.

This condition is indeed the most common and it is precisely because of this that they become more obsessed with gambling because they have tasted victory at the beginning but cannot minimize the impact afterwards because what is in their mind is victory and victory even though the longer the loss will be greater because they cannot stop gambling even though they have lost a large amount because they only pursue the false victory that they always imagine even when not gambling.

I was myself one of such guys described here, not running in profit for a while but when I used to win usually I got a minimum of x2000 to x3000 in many sessions from Play n Go games at the year 2019. That made me gradually addicted as I thought in gambling I would always stay afloat and in profit something which realistically is totally impossible in gambling. Becoming aggressive when someone losses in the gambling, it will not solve a problem of losing more, The only a gambler suppose to do if he lose in gambling, is that, evaluate a game before gambling, and also look at the previous performance of the team first and equate it with their previous and recent performance

If you lose, and you became after your losses in the gambling, you're creating more avenue to lose more.

The entertainment part of gambling is not longer valued by people who are interested in making money in gambling that is why you see people focusing more on the money they will win instead of enjoy the games and the fun it brings, people become too excited once they are winning they do not consider the effect of losing and the danger it will bring to them when they no longer have the control of what they do and how they can stop gambling. There is no fun to anyone who gamble ls for money because their minds will always be unstable until they see that they are winning.
