how come you have swapuz as lvl 0 when that is verifiably false?
they literally have on their AML/KYC page that they may request KYC and block funds based on automated triggers: https://swapuz.com/terms-of-use#amlProcedure

the same thing goes for other websites you have listed under lvl 0, which is highly misleading.

You are claiming that Lizex exchange is not asking for any KYC, but on their website they are clearly showing something totally different.
This is misleading from you, and I couldn't find any information or claims about no-kyc policy of lizex exchange on other well known aggregator services.
If someone loses coins because of this policy they can blame you for false information.

Quote
AML/KYC checks may be initiated in the following situations:

if a wallet address involved in the transaction appears on sanctions or blacklists (including public watchlists and compliance tools),
upon a substantiated request from competent authorities or regulators,
when a transaction is flagged during internal risk assessments related to fraud, terrorist financing, or asset tracing.

Thank you for your feedback!

Users referred from our platform are handled differently by the listed exchanges. Nothing is misleading. In case something goes wrong (it won’t), we offer guarantees. We never lie about the KYC level.

no, they are not, that's just more misleading bullshit.
this isn't our first day on the internet. the only thing that matters is the terms on those sites. if someone gets their coins confiscated because they are "tainted" or is asked for KYC, there is not a damn thing you can do about it.
you are just an affiliate sending traffic to them for a commission, nothing more, nothing less.

Nothing is misleading. In case something goes wrong (it won’t), we offer guarantees.
don't you realize you are contradicting yourself here? if nothing will go wrong, why do you offer guarantees then?
also, what guarantees are you talking about? it's showing $0 on your website:

do you think we are stupid?

Hello Zwei, we would like to ask you to calm down. Your message is a bit aggresive and you said things that are not valid. Once again, users referred directly from AntiKYC are handled differently. If we have a platform listed as level 0, there is no chance that KYC will be asked.

As per the guarantees being 0, these are only the deposits made to antikyc by those platforms so far. We provide our own guarantees to our users, we always want to ensure their safety and well being. For example. if an exchange listed as KYC level 0 asks you for kyc (which won't happen) we are more than willing to cover your losses.

Regarding the contradicting part, that's just how the world works. We offer guarantees due to the exceptional case of something going wrong. Since it isn't your first day on the internet, you should be aware of that by now. And instead of attacking us because we try and we do offer guarantees, you should be thankful of that.

Thank you for your concerns, feedback and willingness to learn more about AntiKYC. We are sorry if you felt misleaded, but we try our best to be transparent and disclose how we work. If you have any other concerns or questions we are here to answer them, in a calm and kind way.

how are they handled differently? please explain more.
do users you send to those websites agree to different terms? or do you have some kind of special agreement with them?

how can you say that here, when on your website you say this?

where can i find the terms for this garntee? let's say i try swaping $10k on lizex and they confiscate my coins it for being "tainted", will you refund me $10k?

i'm not attacking you because of that. i'm just stating the fact that you are trying to mislead people who don't know better into using services that do ask for KYC while claiming they are KYC free.
and when shit hits the fan, you won't be able to do anything to help, because you have no power over any of those websites.

Thank you for your concerns, feedback and willingness to learn more about AntiKYC. We are sorry if you felt misleaded, but we try our best to be transparent and disclose how we work. If you have any other concerns or questions we are here to answer them, in a calm and kind way.
i have one final question for you, and i hope you answer it honestly, are you linked to notokyc.com in any way?

Thank you Zwei for your interest in Antikyc once more. Let us answer all your questions. First of all, with some listed partners we have special deals that they have agreed to in writing. For example, if you are a referral of antikyc you will get a refund on tainted funds 99.99% of the times (on exchanges that freeze them - this does not apply to all of them). The part of the TOS you mentioned is just a disclaimer for abrupt changes in other platforms' policies that we didnt have time to check or get notified about. Plus it doesnt mention that we cant cover the losses. (We handle a lot of services and we find this disclaimer reasonable). We do not mislead anyone, what you are claiming is just not true. Yes, we can cover the full amount of your loss if the reason of that is antikyc misleading you. (like saying kyc level 0 and getting asked for kyc). We do not state that in terms, we believe its obvious. We may add it for extra clarity. We are not related to anyone. And please remember, we dont mislead anyone. Some information in the site can get outdated due to the nature of the platform, and we would appreciate everyone who reports those parts of information. We disclose this everywhere in the terms. Lastly, keep in mind some terms are just there to protect us from exceptional cases, like a service suddenly exit scamming. Even if that happens, we are still willing to cover losses in our discretion. Because that's what antikyc represents, a place in which all users should feel safe and protected.
