Good point as it's still needed human interaction there's no way that AI will work on its own, so I agree with what you said, the better question is how human will be responsible in terms of continuous process or progress of having an AI system and how it's going to affect human activities, though the threat is real since AI can be projected to do what human can its still needs aide from human knowledge to process, and that's where updates is usually needed from human intelligence.

I agree with most people here, learn it. If you learn AI, and coding with AI, or graphic with AI and just supplement that with smaller stuff you should be fine. I can do very good logos now, and "logo" business is basically gone at this point if you know what to do. Go look at fiverr, at this point you can find people who would do it for five dollars again lol, like back in the day it was five dollars because that was something, but recently it went as high as 200-300 dollars and more, but now it is going back down because it takes like less than a few hours to do a logo and edit it with photoshop and make it ready for someone.

I think I will be fine, because thanks to AI, I know I can do fine in the end, learning it should be ok for the future. I do not need it right now because I have a good job, but if something happens to that job, I will have some pain for some time but then I will do fine again.

I agree with you. The presence of AI is unavoidable and some jobs will be replaced by AI but not all jobs can be done by AI, so human labor will still be required. While AI may be a viable option there's no need to worry. While many jobs can be replaced by AI, it's important to believe that many other jobs will emerge thanks to AI. This often happens with every new technological development. Before worrying too much, however as time goes by, we adapt to the technology. What you should be wary of is that as AI technology continues to develop, if you refuse to adapt you'll clearly be left behind.

My only concern about AI is if AI technology is increasingly used as a weapon of war. Just look at the current war between Israel and Iran AI is now more effective, capable of launching attacks remotely with just a button. But I hope AI isn't misused for war crimes.

Not only for older people, honestly even for us younger ones AI already feels like complete chaos. For example, sometimes i can’t even tell if a video is AI generated or not. I have to watch it a few times just to be sure. That kind of manipulation on social media can really affect people, especially older ones, because they tend to believe what they see. If it’s already hard for us to figure out what’s AI and what isn’t, i can only imagine how difficult it is for them.In my opinion, things have gone a bit too far. I understand people who use AI to learn something new, improve themselves, or simply make their work easier. But when i see the kind of things people are using it for and some of the nonsense that’s being made, it really makes me think we’re going to have serious issues with AI in the future. Yes, that is indeed true. I have a small child, he is not yet three years old. I do not allow him to watch TV, YouTube especially, and in general his screen time is extremely limited, no more than 15 minutes a day. It only includes watching videos from his kindergarten and video calls with his grandmother, grandfather, and aunt.

But even with such control on my part, I understand that I will not be able to stand against these technologies. My son was born into a different world. For him it is completely normal to call his grandmother on video, while in my childhood I spoke with my grandmother for two minutes on a landline phone once every two weeks. And by the time he goes to school, technology will already be an inseparable part of his life, including AI.

One thing to remember is that artificial intelligence and the brains behind it are also human beings. Even though AI is now highly developed and many people use or benefit from it, I don't think AI is equal to humanity. No matter how intelligent AI is, it is still under human control. I myself am someone who works without needing AI assistance, but sometimes I use it just for fun, not for serious matters. I have never used it for serious matters, but I don't deny that AI really does have a helpful side to it.

You dont need to get bothered with the AI well in my perspective I guess because with the help of the AI this makes the life easier for the people its easy to search, compose, navigate and even create a program to make you more faster with your workload, for be its part of my daily routine and use in my work so it helps immediately my daily task from an hour to work it could automate instantly in a minutes thats how powerful it is. I have seen a great quote today about AI, it said "The underlying purpose of Al is to allow wealth to access skill while removing from the skilled the ability to access wealth." Meaning back in the day, even if you are not wealthy, there were things the wealthy couldn't do and you could and get yourself some money, whereas now they hope that they could do it all, so the money would all be go to them, instead of giving anyone else a chance.

Yes, and smart people want to use AI as a tool to implement their plans and goals, not to follow it blindly and replace their own thinking with AI`s “conclusions.” For example, I subscribe to a mailing list on one website that sends me job vacancies I’m interested in. I have already seen several postings where candidates are required to have skills in working with AI, but also to be able to “configure” it for themselves, for their own workflow, and for the employer’s goals. In other words, companies do not forbid using these tools by claiming that AI is replacing their employees. Instead, they set conditions under which working with AI is considered high-quality and beneficial for everyone.
