This forum is not a BC help center you know. Contact the official support to help you. There nobody here (anymore) that can help you in this matter. The BC guy checking this forum is just another staff member as well, same as all the other guys you could just contact through the site.

Nobody is going to help you here. BC.game suggests that you submit a support ticket to them, and they will look for a way of solving you internally. Posting here without any submitted ticket is a waste of time.
You can only complain from here if your support ticket has taken a good number of days or weeks without any response.

Our customer service team prefers that you submit a support ticket first. Even if I escalate the issue for you, they will still follow up through the ticketing system, which is unavoidable. Please understand this.

Don't mind that much, it's a warning set by the forum as we're newbie friendly, in case the newbies [like you] were having a problem and seeking help and/or dealing with someone named [let's say] holydarkness with legendary rank and suddenly someone with newbie rank named hollydarkness PMed you. Both you and bctokenbot is newbie, so...

Just... pay attention to the username and only reply to bctokenbot, ignore any help stating they're officials or can help you, because FAIK, only one official account of BC is running, bctokenbot, and no one but bctokenbot can help you.

Locked as in, you couldn't log back into your account or that you were able to login but are unable to use any function on the website?
If you can login, then I guess your best bet is support chat that pops up at the bottom right corner of the screen(on desktop). GL
