Still aiming for profit in Sports Betting despite losses?

I've lost a lot and then recovered some. But my thought on this is that as long as I am enjoying and happy with the outcome presently, I'll continue. I won't share how much I've lost so far but I am not giving up or means stopping for the others since I am a gambler. The goal isn't to become profitable but to ensure not to lose beyond what we can afford to whenever we're making our bets. When it's a sports you're enjoying and having a great gambling time without it being problematic to you, then it's fine not to stop.

I don't think that it will pay off in the long run. There are gamblers that are casually doing it and I am one of them. It becomes a hobby and whether there's a bit of return or none, I don't mind going on with it. Because those who have been focusing in gambling to profit, they're not the ones who are able to make it. It's hard to aim for the profit when you gamble because it plays a lot of emotions to us that leads us to losing more. Most of us can't tell the amount we have wasted on gambling and we are still gambling non-stop, the thing is that you can't just be gambling in a day and start winning rapidly although there are people that wins on the very first day they started gambling but what works for A won't work for B and because someone hasn't won doesn't mean he will stop trying his hands on games and probably he will be lucky to win someday as it depends on individual lucks.

I don't think any gambler will anticipate to have any loss, everyone has a motive and the best is to make money. If losing streak becomes a norm in your gambling journey, then it means you don't know how to gamble and you don't have gambling skill. Take a break and think about ways to see if you can make the win at all cost. I personally have my ways of analyzing my losss and that is once I make 3 loss in a row, I take a break from gambling.

Some gamblers take a very long time before they realized they are taking the wrong route. I don't even think it's proper for any gambler to take a very long time before they realize their mistake. There is no nobility in making loss and be thinking you are going to make back that money with faith or with hope. I'm not sure how much money that I lost in gambling so far. However, I don't think it is too much money because I always limit my funds.
Most people probably get difficulty to remember how much money they spend in gambling. Unless they make a record of gambling funds regularly, I bet most gamblers forget it.

The reason that people still continue to gambling must be caused 2 reasons: 1.) Expecting wins a jackpot somedays or 2.) Enjoying the gambling games.

All of these are needed in gambling. Without discipline, we may ruin our limit that we have set in gambling. About improving the analysis, it is okay. We can find out the more information of the teams or person that we often bet. But I think, we can't avoid the lack factor as well.

I never assume gambling as a hobby or a business. It is just an activity that I don't do it regularly. It can 1 or 2 time a week, or I can take a break in a week. Sure, earning money or profits should be a bonus only.

I'm the same as you bros, I rarely bet on sports because I can't really enjoy the real luck, only in slots & live casino can I feel that. When I was a beginner at gambling, I made many mistakes, one of which was trying to recoup losses. It turns out that this was detrimental to future gameplay, as I was still dwelling on past losses.

Although recovering losses is a bad thing, there is a silver lining if we are aware of it. Personally, I have been betting on sports for years, as well as slots. I don't know the exact number of bets I have made, as I have bet too many, especially since I am the type of person who doesn't think much about past bets.

Well, I don't think I will give up betting, whether it is sports or slots, because I view it as entertainment, and the profits I make are additional entertainment. Very much same for me here as well, gambling has been really comfortable for me to engage in in the past few years now regardless of the many loses experienced which just like you; always involved really small amount of money  I never bother losing since it does not affect my finances in any negative way.

But aside from what I've said before, one thing that keeps going in gambling is the fact that I love to stay active in the ecosystem I am interested in, sports is something almost every young lad out there has a special spot for and gambling, betting is one way to have fun in it, the fun is not all about the winnings but also being able to engage in quality and meaningful discussions with other gambling enthusiasts, this is one of the things that keeps me going.
