I have now received a response from Rainbet. The disputed funds were not returned and I was advised to take legal action.

However as I have now received a response I will delete this post.

11 days without any form of response.

It's not a usual Rainbet practice to ignore valid complaints, especially given your insistence on communicating through all available channels and even through partners. Seems like you have a serious dispute. Would you be willing to raise your issue here in this topic and get the community's input in the meantime? Rainbet has a good reputation in bitcointalk forum and the representative is fast to response if with legitimate reasons.

Usually, users use a format to post a complaint here but you can tell it in the way you want. Just don't forget to post some evidences like screenshots and other dispute related stuff. You van share the content of the email you have sent to Rainbet.

That's contrary to what I've read. I have read in similar articles it's almost standard practice to ignore users at rainbet the second they have cause to complain.

The key issue here isn't where the complaint is heard. It's that Rainbet and it's representatives, partners and license provider have no engaged at all in communication. Would a legitimate venture act in this way?

What is it all about this communication? It wouldn't be weird that they ignore your email because the complaint isn't that serious or the dispute was already solved. Don't expect a busy management would take the time to respond to every email or communication request if the matter doesn't worth the effort. This is why I suggest you to tell us here about what is your complaint about? Rainbet has official representative here in forum and community can discuss your complaint. What are you worry about?

Or maybe you just want to prove that they have poor communication channels contrary to their Tos? This is also an hypothesis since you didn't provide further details about your complaint and its goals.
