It's not a usual Rainbet practice to ignore valid complaints, especially given your insistence on communicating through all available channels and even through partners. Seems like you have a serious dispute. Would you be willing to raise your issue here in this topic and get the community's input in the meantime? Rainbet has a good reputation in bitcointalk forum and the representative is fast to response if with legitimate reasons.
Usually, users use a format to post a complaint here but you can tell it in the way you want. Just don't forget to post some evidences like screenshots and other dispute related stuff. You van share the content of the email you have sent to Rainbet.
