Just so you know, this is not the first time 1xbit claim to try to resolve disputes, this is also not the first they claim that they are under new management.

Also, is there any proof you can provide showing that you are actually part of 1xbit?

Its a nice sign to see user try to clean a reputation. But I am curious to know how to handle thousands and thousands of complaints.
Did you plan to send reimbursements? Issue real cash or free bets? There is a maximum?
Since you are new management, why you are taking care of past users that are not using anymore this platform hence you have no legal obligation to pay back?
How we can now there is a new management and exactly what means since the ownership... should be the same?

I'm all for a company trying to make things right, but you guys have a lot of work ahead of you. So many users have had complaints over the past few years. Obviously not all legitimate complaints, but for sure some were legit.

Like the other fellow forum member who have commented before me, I am skeptical about this. Apart from what has been said, what strikes me is why anyone would supposedly acquire a casino that has so many accusations of scamming. Because when they talk about new management and a new license, I expect there to be a new owner as well. If the owner or owners are the same, I don't trust them and I am not going to do so just because they have changed the management since they have at least turned a blind eye for many years, if not been active participants in everything that was happening.

I wonder who the new owners are, or whether there's really a new management team. It's much easier to create a new casino and build its reputation than to try to clean up a very messy one.
1Xbit is a notorious scammer. They even had a pin thread in the scam section. It's ok if this is the first time they try to clean up their mess. But they've already done it and failed; let's see if they are going to do something different now.

Maybe I'm just thinking ahead or speculating, but I'm thinking that you are planning to launch a marketing campaign like you did the last time, you just saw the marketing pull of Bitcointalk, so you created this thread, or the many scam accusations here are harming your platform, and your profits are dipping.

Look, we have seen this "new management, new me" song and dance from you people more times.  But lets be real, changing the name on the business license doesnt magically scrub the smell of all those "unresolved issues" off your brand.

1xBit is Now control by a new Team. We want to do a fresh start again. Most of the scam accusation are 2 years+ old, not sure if there a way to resolve them.

Where is the new team of 2020? Did they give up because 1xBit situation was hopeless then, and what makes you think that the new representative will not have a mindset that the forum's reputation is not accurate
