3. Here we go again (I hope not). This is like the second or third time 1xBit has comes here for dispute resolution and then it ends up being a complete fail or just broken promises.

Just so you know, this is not the first time 1xbit claim to try to resolve disputes, this is also not the first they claim that they are under new management.

Also, is there any proof you can provide showing that you are actually part of 1xbit?

Its a nice sign to see user try to clean a reputation. But I am curious to know how to handle thousands and thousands of complaints.
Did you plan to send reimbursements? Issue real cash or free bets? There is a maximum?
Since you are new management, why you are taking care of past users that are not using anymore this platform hence you have no legal obligation to pay back?
How we can now there is a new management and exactly what means since the ownership... should be the same?

I'm all for a company trying to make things right, but you guys have a lot of work ahead of you. So many users have had complaints over the past few years. Obviously not all legitimate complaints, but for sure some were legit.

This is not the 1st time we've seen this from your company as JeromeTash stated. I sincerely hope you do take control and solve all the issues 1xbit has.

Like the other fellow forum member who have commented before me, I am skeptical about this. Apart from what has been said, what strikes me is why anyone would supposedly acquire a casino that has so many accusations of scamming. Because when they talk about new management and a new license, I expect there to be a new owner as well. If the owner or owners are the same, I don't trust them and I am not going to do so just because they have changed the management since they have at least turned a blind eye for many years, if not been active participants in everything that was happening.

I wonder who the new owners are, or whether there's really a new management team. It's much easier to create a new casino and build its reputation than to try to clean up a very messy one.
1Xbit is a notorious scammer. They even had a pin thread in the scam section. It's ok if this is the first time they try to clean up their mess. But they've already done it and failed; let's see if they are going to do something different now.

Maybe I'm just thinking ahead or speculating, but I'm thinking that you are planning to launch a marketing campaign like you did the last time, you just saw the marketing pull of Bitcointalk, so you created this thread, or the many scam accusations here are harming your platform, and your profits are dipping.
It's going to be a long shot to clear all that backlog before you can launch your marketing campaign.

Look, we have seen this "new management, new me" song and dance from you people more times.  But lets be real, changing the name on the business license doesnt magically scrub the smell of all those "unresolved issues" off your brand.

Where is the new team of 2020? Did they give up because 1xBit situation was hopeless then, and what makes you think that the new representative will not have a mindset that the forum's reputation is not accurate

Firstly welcome your team back with intention to resolve issues, of course with a big assumption that you are from the team.

Secondly rather than waiting for users to join here with complaints, accusations and details, you and your team can proactively take a look at this thread

How many times do you guys plan to come back, claiming you are gonna solve all the previous issues? and after seeing all the scam accusations, they silently disappeared from the forum without writing answers anymore. I think there were other attempts to do the same thing, which never worked for 1xbet. It is a proven scam casino, and I don't think people believe the scammers anymore. People do not believe the new management story anymore. Try something new next time. Almost all the scam casinos says they are under a new management and they will solve the cases. Which never happens actually. So, stop doing it. Show some real improvements and some results.

1xBit fooled people in the community and outside many times. Their casino history and this forum community feedback on their brand account revealed all about 1xBit's long history of bad operation and reputation.

It's not easy to believe them again, like believe them this time as they will make it different and better than what they did in the past.
OP did not show anything as evidence that the 1xBit ownership already changed while it is a first important thing to start kind of believing them as "they are different" this time.

I wonder why yahoo62278 sounded positive as if they (1xbit) are coming to solve any problems.

Why have you forgotten so fast. Coming back to the forum and claiming that they want to solve all the problems is an old method of 1xbit. They used that method in 2023 when they returned - 1xBit.com Coming back to Bitcointalk, Solving all the issues..

After they were given a listening ear, they continued to selectively scam till date.
As far as I am concerned, that name "1xbit" is forever regarded as scam and can never be redeemed. NotATether seems to understand them better.

Edit: After this thread, their next move will be to launch a campaign and those red tagged accounts will all resurrect to participate in their campaign.
