Xyes casino scam $171

I Register on the Xyes Casino website for playing poker, where account verification was mandatory, and I complete the verification on that time. During that period, both deposit and withdraw were successfully proceed in my account.

However, suddenly my withdrawing fund were stopped, and I was informed that I need to re-verify my account in order to withdraw funds. The first verification step had already been completed earlier. The second step required submission of my National ID, and the third step required a utility bill—both of which I completed successfully.

Up to this point, everything would have been acceptable. But then a fourth step was introduced, requiring proof of source of income or a bank statement. Even after completing three verification steps, withdrawals were still not allowed.

If withdraw are not possible without completing this fourth step, the casino should have  clear from the beginning. What is the point of creating so many steps and complications? This kind of process gradually destroys users’ trust in casino sites.

I don't believe you have deposited hundreds of thousands of bucks suddenly (correct me if I am wrong) since no body will cash out  $171 bucks after that

I am afraid you might make mistakes again by joining another non-reputable casino. Because before a larger deposit, you must need to check the casino's reputation, especially on the forum, since you are already familiar with the forum. The amount requested to withdraw isn't big; asking the source of funds for that amount seems horrible to me. Even for the big amount, they shouldn't ask for the source of funds after a win or during withdrawal. Rather, during deposit, they should ask if it is really necessary; otherwise, they should refund the funds to the same address from which the funds were sent from. Also, users shouldn't use any custodial wallet to make deposits into casinos.

Why do you guys make KYC mandarory upon registration (according to the words of the OP), only to hit the player with another KYC request subsequently, it does not make any sense. I would rather play in a casino that allows me play without KYC from the start, but can request for it later. Better than doing KYC twice.

Thanks for your cooperation. I got in trouble because xyes said I have multi accounts. They gave me four IDs. I only have  one account. I do not have any accounts. The IDs they listed all did the verification thing on their own because they had to finish the part, which is Step 1. I asked them to show me some proof. They did not give me any. To show them that I am telling the truth I told them to look at the Telegram group where we joining poker together. I want to say it I only have one poker account. I do not have any accounts. The Telegram group is proof that I only have one account.The only possible issue I can mention might be related to the IP address. I will explain the IP address details later, because Xyes may tryto create another story around that as well.i am victim but i have no Wright to know What's happening?

I have been provided with a list of accounts that the platform claims are mine under a “multi-account” allegation. However, one of those accounts was banned on October 17, 2025, during their first tournament. A second account participated in their second tournament on October 26, 2025, and a third account also took part along with my own account. I am sharing the reference links for these events.I have already submitted all required documents, including photos, as evidence. We sincerely need the assistance of the Legendary members, which is why I am presenting everything transparently. If you conclude that I am at fault, I will accept that decision. What?? lol, you should have mentioned this in OP. I thought xyes is offering poker at their platform and this is related to that.
So you are saying that you have been denied the payment in one of my poker tournaments? What is your pokernow ID?
At that time xyes distributed full rewards to all other genuine players which were due so they don't have any motive to keep your winnings specifically.
Usually casino have a lot of proofs like IP logs, device fingerprints etc. to conclude that multi accounting took place. You are more than welcome to raise your issue with third party auditors.

I do not agree with XYES if they are asking to do KYC as they seem to have a license issue and without a valid license NO casino should ask to do KYC.
