Can you tell them to process my withdrawal instead of cancelling it? It's not fair i did not ask for play money in that case i could play demo mode lol...

I see it much more about you're wanting to earn money from risking nothing instead of test the site and "withdrawal speed".

They're too generous if they only ask for 1x wagering, not make sense when people who make deposit with real money are asked with minimum 15x wagering IMO.

It's simple really. I don't buy the no KYC promises because it's extremely hard to find a centralised casino that sticks to such promises these days.

So you got the $50 without deposit and you tried to withdraw it after playing it a bit, have you completed the wagering requirement as they told you?
Logically if they say that there is 1x wagering requirement, your bonus should be converted to real balance once you completed the wagering requirement.
But if they say that it cant be withdrawn later after you completed the wagering requirement, it is not a good practice.
If they do not want to lose money from bonus without deposit, they should give standard wagering requirement (40x) so the chance for players to complete the wagering requirement is low.
