Rich people know how to use money while every salaried person use money without knowing how to use them, that is why rich is getting richer while remaining else are struggling to meet their ends.

You can't mix these two things up, because those who make a lot of money or have a lot of money also say the same thing, take Elon Musk as an example because he recently tweeted about this thing. Imagine having a net worth of $840b+ and still agree that money can't buy happiness. For regular people like us, even $1m would change our lives forever because we are living lives where we are always chasing money but only manage to make enough to fulfill the basic needs of our lives, so for us, obviously, money is everything because when you are living a tough life, you feel like if you had a lot of money, you would have no problems at all.

However, it is not false to say that money can't buy happiness, because only the most luckiesst people on earth actually make money and also live a normal life; the majority of rich and wealthy people only live a fake life in front of us, showing off what they have, but we don't know anything about their personal lives, and when a wealthy person says or agrees with this quote that says money can't buy happiness, they probably are facing problems in life that can't be solved using money; loneliness and having no loved ones around could be the primary cause of it.

Lot of BS, rich people say that because they never want others to get rich because lesser the less competition then it is going to be easier so ELon or whoever agrees that Money can't buy happiness have other intention and to keep others less motivated for money.

Anyone can be rich, and yes luck is needed but luckiest people are who won lotteries multiple times but are they listed in the most richest people on the world? No, people worked for it to be there.

If you make money then you will never rich, you need to make money with you money if you want to get rich.

Only those without money are usually saying and justifying that money can't buy happiness. Challenge whoever says that and ask them to give their money to you so that you can be happy. With that, it only proves one thing about money in front of them and that's about being happy when you have money. You're free to do everything and buy all of those stuff that will make you happy. Imagine you father is a billionaire in dollar and he decides to take you along business trips and they you have seen billions and then you are grown and wants to start things in your own will such person and some who is wanting the feed family, will they hustle the same, will their idea of money be the same ? Of course not but those that mean they people carries the way the see money? So true that people are on different level in life. 

There are people that are wealthy today that once in their life time are poor people. I'm sure they know value of money than a person that knows only little about poverty. Such two people can't be place on the same level of money worth. A person born into a rich family knows about money but may not value the importance of that money like a person that is born with nothing and was able to grow that money until they have enough can't be compared together.

You are quite right, having to link this with the phrase that says “hard times creates strong men, strong men make life soft or creates soft men, soft men makes life hard” this circle makes everything balance in a way that it’s very crazy, the rich children may not value money as much as someone who is creating the wealth himself, but for real some of them understand money better than the poor as they are thought how to be rootless and how money works from small so that makes the difference. Your point highlights the importance of mindset and  positive mindset in financial matters can influence outcomes for long term. According to rich individuals money can act as resource growing through investment ans business. But for some individuals the focus point is to fulfill their needs which make risky to invest money for them but the actual game is your mindset sometimes limited opportunities are enough and with learning basic investment rules we can start with small level through which we gradually improve our finance. With a limited profit and consistentency and with smart investing we could built progress overtime. So the learning thing is that financial grome is gain with consistency and proper investing knowledge.

Yeah, money doesn't change much, sure you can get the best medical care in the world and that could save someone's life compared to a cheap bad one, there are a lot of poor people who die because of lack of funds too, so you won't have that but even the rich die.

Well It is not fit true for everyone, whatever they are rich or poor, it basically depends on the person saying it and in what condition he is actually dealing. Like, if a person says "money can't buy happiness," he must be unhappy about things that he can't purchase with money; he can't purchase life, he can delay death, but can't avoid the inevitable. He could have all the money in the world, but can't find loyal friends, loyal wife maybe, the emotional part of our life is something that can't be bought with money. Especially love, if someone loves your money, that love is completely different than the true one.

Being wealthy comes with its own taste and I think those complaining about money are mostly those that are passing through their test of having so much money. Money can’t buy happiness they say, but that’s not accepted by many as they feel it depends on the persons that owns the wealth and how they perceive and handle it. Money can’t buy happiness but it’s better to stay with that money than to remain poor. This is another different state of life, one need to be more careful on how they handle their finances because when it backfires, it comes with a lot of consequences.

Probably those billionaires, who have enough money and so they channel everything on different things like what Elon Musk, his space exploration.  But for us mere mortals, yes, money can buy happiness. You can sleep well without any problems of the bills that you are going to pay or whatever your family needs.

You can't used that argument about time, we all know that we can't bring it back or our loved ones. That is the whole story of this universe, there are things that it's beyond our control and that we have to face that. We can call it a cycle, as we will get old and then a new generation will come with your kids. Happiness is by choice, not by people's level of income, and most people who are billionaires who made the statement money cant buy happiness said it because they have did alot of shady things that led to the loss of life, and some joined clubs that abuse and kill people just to stay wealthy. No, most rich people aren't geniuses. Most rich people actually aren't very smart. From what I see, most rich people have consistency and discipline which is more important than being smart. Also, many rich people have become rich by cheating the system in one way or another. The fastest way to become rich is to find a way to exploit the system. This isn't illegal all the time. Most cases of exploitation and cheating are in the "grey hat" legal area. Find a way to cheat the system and get a good lawyer, when they catch you. This is how most rich people became rich.

And yes that's sort of true, money directly doesn't make you happy, it just eliminates a lot of things that makes you unhappy. So for example if you are a single mom working two jobs trying to give your child a better life, money could make you happy, that part is true, but if your child is sick, then money can't make you happy. People who come from lower socioeconomic backgrounds often have poorer education, and they live their days complaining and being negative, ignorant and in darkness. You can't say the presence of consistency and discipline without smartness is the reasons they do better than the poor, to me I see success as the product of all the positive qualities of greatness and time but not just limited to consistency and discipline, some one may be consistent and discipline but lack the smartness to move as at when due, success becomes difficult.
The presence of the resources required for greatness is one advantage they have over others that don't have what it takes to manipulate things for it to work in there favour and know other reason. Know matter how smart one is, without the presence of the resources which is capital it is difficult.
