I often see rich business mogul say that “money can’t buy happiness.” That may be true for them, but for many ordinary people, money means something different.
In today’s economy, a lot of people struggle to make ends meet. Having enough income brings security and peace of mind. Less stress about money usually means a better quality of life.
So I wonder, is there a level of income where more money no longer improves happiness? Or are very wealthy people simply out of touch with how most people live?
*money cannot buy everything. It can’t bring back time or loved ones who are already gone. But it can change family stories in other ways.*
The term happiness is not the same for everyone. Happiness is different for everyone and that is why we cannot associate money with happiness all the time.
For happiness can be travelling, for some it can be having a lesiure time at home, for some it can be spending time with friends or family.
We need money for many cases but for some we don't and that's the reason why is important for many of us.
I have seen people in my hometown who make enough money for their survival and are happy in hometown.
They don't want to relocate to the busy city to earn more money and are content with what they have.
Money is surely an important part of our life but it's not everything.
